It can be a little tricky to work with, so you just have to be careful, but it's lovely once you have it down. It's not too thin, but also not very thick, and cuts well. There's a grain to the texture, so just ensure you match that up if you need to patch a spot, or if you're laying multiple passes of it down. When you get air bubbles, poking with a pin and caaaaaarefully smoothing out works well on this. If you aren't careful, though, you could scratch the finish or leave a visible hole. The adhesive is holding up great so far. I do recommend that folks wipe whatever surface they're applying it to down with high percentage isopropyl alcohol first, to remove any oils and dirt. That will help it stick even better.

**Q: Will this stand up to heat when used as a stove backsplash?**
A: I don't know but I think it would. It's cheap, why not just try it?

**Q: How much would I need to order to cover my side by side standard refrigerator?**
A: The best way to figure this out is to measure the refrigerator section by section & calculate square footage. There is no repeating pattern, so just order a little more than you need for error. also I recommend using gorilla glue adhesive with it on the refrigerator first or it will not stay in place. Try to avoid seams where possible. Good luck

**Q: Can this withstand heat if used to protect wall from stove splatter?**
A: Personally I would not think it is safe for this

**Q: Will magnets stick to the paper if it is applied to something that is say, plastic?**
A: No
