Dentist said I had mild gingivitis even though I thought my gums look and feel fine. I confess I don't floss often (I'm trying to lol 😁) despite that, I bought this to deal with gingivitis and my gums in general, it seems to have worked. EDIT** 3 weeks after using and my Ginivitus has gone!!!!! I didn’t get to use my water pik as it arrived broken and I had to return it. So between this mouth wash and manual flossing my gum are healing. Very strong taste and aftertaste like from childhood- after visiting a dentist. Interesting mouthwash. It is completelly transparent and bottle itself is greyish tint to make it look like liquid is not transparent. Did notice also that gym inflammation did reduce under my bad tooth.

Good heavens, this stuff is strong! I was brought up to believe that if something tasted bad, or if medicine stung on a scrape, then it was working. If that was true, then this stuff is amazing because it could remove paint. In short, one quick blast of this and your mouth will feel like you've taken up swallowing flames for the circus - but in a nice way. I do think it's working - so I recommend it - just be ready for the burn!

I was told about this product from a Dentist who swore by it. I bought it and gave a little bit to a few people to try and they loved it too. I noticed a difference with it. I had read reviews that said it didn't work for them , but it worked for us ! Will last a long time
