C.K 3963 Cable Cutter 210mm

These cable cutters are excellent quality and make cutting cable much easier. They go through SY and armoured cable smoothly and cleanly, with far less effort than standard cutters. The cut is neat without crushing or deforming the cable, which makes stripping and terminating much easier afterwards. They feel very solid and well made, and the handles give good grip and leverage. You can tell they’re designed for proper electrical work rather than light-duty use. Overall, a reliable and professional tool that performs exactly as needed. Highly recommended for anyone working with tougher cables regularly.

I bought what I think is the same model locally after these (presumably) fell through the broken packaging; and good lord they go through cables like butter, as effectively as they fall through parcels! Handle is decently nice to hold, nothing really to break, good tool good value - not much more than actual butter, these days.

These are extremely under-rated. They're sharp, a good size and do the job well. A solid weight, but no heavier than any others. I do wish they'd do a version that was spring-loaded, however, it's a small price to pay for the ease of cable stripping these provide. I did a side-by-side test and found these to be far-superior to side cutters. Ofcourse, these things are based on personal opinion, but I think most sparks would benefit from having a set of these in the bag.

Handy yokes, cut through cable like butter, I much rather use these than side cutters for pretty much any cable

tout est dans le titre ;) éviter de couper des câbles de frein de vélo comme j'ai pu le lire parfois ... c'est un outis pour couper des câble mono/multi brins jusqu'à 24mm² de diamètre en cuivre/alu ET NON DES CABLES DE FREINS DE VELO EN ACIER !!! Pour ça acheter une tenaille et/ou un outil prévu à cet effet ou alors ne vous plaignez pas qu'au bout de 2/3 câbles l'outil ne fonctionne plus, normal il n'est pas prévu pour ça ;)

Clean, smooth, even cuts on copper wiring with very little effort. Sharp blades, overall great tool! (Recommended for COPPER only, NOT steel).
