Movements which feel intuitive, even fun
(20 pound club) it is what they say it is. I learned the technique from some of Mark Wildmanโs videos. Itโs great for moving your shoulders through full range of motion, an excellent upper arm and a phenomenal grip workout. No gnurling, may want a chalk bag.

Quality clubs
Novelty wore off but they are well made. Highly recommended.

Post shoulder surgery remedy...
Very good weight... I've had shoulder surgery and need something like this to help rotate my shoulders... It reminds of high school baseball waiting in the on deck circle warming up with bat with a weighted donut on it... Excellent quality... Mine came very smooth and no rough cuts on it... I highly recommend putting batting tape on them... Game changer...

PREFER THIS SHAPE
This brand offers clubs a bit shorter than other brands, but the length fits my needs. However, the shape tends to concentrate more weight away from the handle, which I believe increases effectiveness. Overall, I like them, so please make more. Most heavy club brands including this one make it difficult to know the type of finish they use, which is frustrating. Check out Wildman Youtube videos to learn to use these things.

Weight club worth the price!
Well made cool weight club. Its a little too short for what I need, but its actually very well made and worth the price. I wish it was about 6 inches longer so I could get my hands wider and the balance was right to llfeel similar to a 2 handed longsword. This would allow me to practice sword drills with needing the space to swing a sword. But It was not designed for that, so that is no fault to the maker. These are great weights for grip strength and such.

Age 65 and I didn't know what I was missing
I'm 65 and have spent the last 9 months getting back in shape. 5 am and well before sunrise, you can find me out on my back porch getting my heart rate up, stretching muscles and ligaments, and blood flowing using this system. I got the 15# club to go with my two 10# Logest Macebells. This gives me a wider combination of things I can do, plus the ability to work with different lengths and weights on each arm. It's a bigger challenge than I had anticipated. Everyone thinks this is all about wrists, arms, and shoulders, and that's the most obvious of course. What I never realized is how much this works your core, glutes, and all the way down to your pinky-toes. The movement of weights in a functional manner is essential to not only building muscle but keeping them tied together in a way that benefits daily life, not just pumping iron at the gym.I like the club but it was a little different than I expected. It's shorter than I thought, which is actually a good thing for me working on varying stability exercises. It came double-boxed and padded with bubble wrap, so if you've ever had exercise equipment come through the box, this is a good thing. The finish is a matte coating with some friction to it, maybe on the order of 400-grit sandpaper. It's adequate and I haven't had a problem. However, there is no knurling on the handle if you are used to their longer macebell. For me, it's not a deal-breaker by any means, and if you have a weak grip, you probably shouldn't handle this weight for a while. That said, I'd love to see a version that did have knurling on the handle for just a little added security. It would also allow for consistency with their other products.
