Great device for helping your pelvic floor muscles. I always do my exercises anyway, but this really boosts your muscles. I do it each day whilst watching the TV in the evening so it is easy to remember. My pelvic floor muscles have become much stronger which is absolutely great. The machine is not cheap, but it is worth the investment to help with stress incontinence or to prevent stress incontinence which was the case with me. After the first month of doing it daily, you only need to do it once a week to maintain the strength in your pelvic floor muscles that you have achieved. It is easy to use, the battery life seems to last ages. It is easy to insert and when in use, is comfortable but you can feel it working. There is a big range so you can start low, and increase the strength of your muscles by increasing the intensity of the pulse. I would highly recommend this device. The only thing I would say is that I am exempt from paying VAT on medical equipment due to having a disability, but had to contact Amazon 4 times before the VAT was refunded and even then they didn't refund the VAT, they just credited me £11.80 against something else I purchased. Usually Amazon are great with their Customer service, but this was a bit of a hassle but I got there in the end.

I have been using this product since 11.05.22 so nearly a month now. I have to say that I have found it hugely helpful. I have suffered 'mixed' for about 4 years which ties in with what a lot of women say that it can be brought on by menopause. Anyway what began as run of the mill stress incontinence evolved into that plus the dreaded 'urge' incontinence. Now I have come to believe that stress incon is just a failing of the pelvic floor muscles due to age and probably exacerbated by the effects of pregnancy and childbirth (I have had 4 pregs and 5 children) however, the urge incon is odd. I know that at least some of that could be due to psychological reasons like I can know I need to go urgently but I'm alright right until I get near the loo and then woosh! However the problem is made up it is a huge problem that's for sure. Anyway, I can report that after nearly a month of using nearly every day, I have noticed a significant improvement. Using the MIXED program for 20 minutes a day has really helped. The overall effect on me is that I am now much more aware of my pelvic floor muscles and am now much more likely to practice the kegels at random times. The emphasis in the instruction manual is to go for strong squeezes so quality not quantity and this gizmo helps you to work to that. The part of the program the first 10 minutes that is for URGE is meant to somehow sooth these muscles I don't know how it's meant to work but it seems to because I am suffering less with this problem now. I think I can put some of the improvement down to the fact that I am much more aware of myself and my patterns of behaviour (like simply waiting too long to go) but it is this little gizmo that has helped me to become more aware. Overall I say - give it a go. Stress and Urge incontinence problems do not just go away, you have to do what you can to take back control of your bladder etc and this will help you do that. Also it is very easy to use, I use it for 20 minutes in the morning while I'm getting ready for the day then it goes back into its bag until tomorrow. No drama. Thank you for creating this TensCare. I've suffered from mild urinary incontinence since being pregnant and giving birth naturally to my rather large baby nearly 4 years ago. As much as I made the effort to do the pelvic floor exercises the midwife gave me after the birth I didn't keep it up once my newborn became more active and is now a very active little girl. After researching methods of sorting this problem out I decided to go with the itouch because of it's significant price difference compared to similar products. The instructions were easy to understand and the machine was easy to operate. When I first used it I found that the first few pulses felt as though they were nipping a bit, but I've since worked out that this could be because I needed time for the ky jelly to 'melt' a bit to allow the pulse to conduct more easily. My vaginal probe only works efficiently on one side (they have 2 metal panels, one on each side), but I don't mind too much, because I just ensure that I put the more efficient side of the probe on alternate sides on opposite days, by switching the machine on and then seeing which side is pulsing the most. If it's on the side that I did the day previously I just spin the probe round so it's on the other side. I started with the machine being on 88 and within the week I was on the highest setting of 99.5. I felt immediate improvement, by feeling more lifted. I found that my incontinence had improved at my worst time (just before my period) after only 10 - 12 days of use. I've been a bit intermittent with it's use due to having my period (even though the instructions say you can use it during this time, although I feel far to tender) and then with being away at relatives for Christmas. I'm certain I'll feel a great improvement with the exerciser and I can feel a definate improvement in the control of my pelvic floor exercises without the machine, which I was doing whilst I was away at relatives. For the money I can't fault the machine and I would recommend it to friends if the problem ever came up in discussion. I would have given it 5 stars if the vaginal probe worked as efficiently on both sides, but as I've already written, this was a minor problem to myself because I had some control already, it was just a matter of improving that control, rather than toning my pelvic floor from very weak control.

This tens machine is totally amazing. I was going to wait a few more weeks before I reviewed it, but it’s worked so quickly I’m amazed. I was having a really bad problem with leaks, and urges so that I was really worried whenever I went anywhere, on long walks, to the cinema or theatre, anywhere really. I just had to turn on the tap to fill the kettle and I’d flood. I was wearing padded knickers and going out less and less. I’ve been using this machine for 2 weeks and yesterday I realised after an hour long Tai Chi class that I’m not even thinking about it any more. I’ve not leaked for over a week now and my pelvic floor is so much tighter. If I do get the feeling that I want to pee I don’t have to panic and find a toilet quickly. I feel years younger and I no longer have an image of myself in the future as an incontinent old lady being cared for in a home! I returned the first one I bought because I thought it was broken, but I realise now I have to press and HOLD the ‘on’ button. I do one hour every night while I’m reading my book in bed. I started on Urge for one week at 50 and now I do Stress at 50 every night, because I don’t have an urge problem any more. Why didn’t my GP tell me to get on of these?

Pointless.....new batteries gave up within a couple of weeks. Another new set, not much improvement. Turning dial up constantly to just get a flicker of sensation. So obviously not fit for purpose

I have only had this device for a short amount of time so I will only review my first impressions and update on the effectiveness later. I was hesitant based on the price, I thought it was expensive but figured if it works it would be well worth it (and was hopeful it would be of high quality!). Upon receiving it I was disappointed to realise that the node would have to be replaced approximately every 6 months. I also thought the machine itself was a bit flimsy in parts (battery cover could be better), but nothing too worrisome because I was the only one using it! The cord that attaches the node to the machine is a bit flimsy too (if you wear underwear while using it I think it could kink the wires to the point of breaking over time!). It is very easy to use (as far as setting the intensity and which program BUT getting the device in the perfect position so that it works without hurting can be a bit hit and miss! Sometimes I nail it and it works without a hitch, other times it is quite uncomfortable until I get it in just the right spot. One tip I have is to always start off at a fairly low setting each time just to make sure it feels right! You could be climbing the walls (not in a good way lol) if you have it up high and it is not quite right! The intensity can feel different too, because it runs on batteries I think that affects it's consistancy but with a bit of tweaking it's fixed! I am excited about this product! At the end of the day I can feel it working my muscles and it is something I have been using almost every day! Twenty minutes or so "alone time" is doable and the machine does the work for you (I do the exercises along with the machine because you can really feel which muscles to use!). Here's hoping I see results and I will update in a couple of months!

As a 43 year old mum of 2, my pelvic floor muscles had taken a battering after childbirth, I leaked when running, sneezing, coughing etc, and avoided exercise altogether. I needed to go to the loo frequently and planned outings around toilet stops. I usually wore a pad for security, and always had a wee before I left the house 'just in case'. I was missing out on activities with the children and longed to return to aerobics. I tried conventional pelvic floor exercises, but found it hard to remember to do them and I wasn't convinced I was doing them properly. I realised that the problem would probably only get worse as I got older and thoughts of turning into an old lady smelling of wee filled me with dread! I decided to tackle the problem, and looked around at the devices available. Having read many good reviews of the ITouch Sure, I gave it a go. It took a little while to get used to using it comfortably and regularly, but after 3-4 months using it on STRESS almost every night (in bed, while reading), gradually increasing the intensity until I reached the maximum of 99.5, was amazed by the results. I found that I didn't need to go to the loo constantly and didn't leak every time I sneezed, laughed or ran. Eventually I felt confident enough to try aerobics again and found I could run, jump and skip without leaking, and stopped needing to use pads. I was delighted with the results and thought I was 'cured' and therefore didn't need to use the machine so often, and got out of the habit for several months. Gradually I started to leak again, so accepted (with some sadness) that it was a long term commitment, and I had to continue with it. Determined to get back to where I was, I replaced the probe, leads and batteries and had another go. Incidentally, Tenscare customer service was superb. After only 6 weeks of using it almost every night, I was delighted to return to full control. I do aerobics every week, am active with the children and have not looked back. I would highly recommend this product - it requires commitment, but give it a go and get your life back!

I recieved my device yesterday, it's amazing already 24 hours later I've been for a wee twice today & was comfortable & not a sudden urge. On my first use I did all the programmes for 20 mins on as high as would allow, followed on by a 90 min tone then again the same today & the results already are breath taking. I 💯 recommend this device for any female with incontinence problems but strongly advice you spend longer than recommended on it in the beginning to get your muscles going alot quicker it's worked wonders for me. Thankyou as always amazon :) just a update to this review, the probe for the machine hasn't worked for me for a couple of weeks 😑 this isn't great as I've not had the machine a month yet. I have changed the batteries the wires etc but it all boils down to needing a new probe, just watch out for that the probes don't last long at all.

He confirmado la fecha de compra y me parece increíble que no haya pasado ni un mes. La incontinencia de estrés responde a estímulos como estornudos, o al hacer fuerza. He usado el aparato casi todos los días entre 20 y 30 min, empecé por 50 de potencia y he ido subiendo hasta 80. Hoy por primera vez he logrado contener una fuga cuando estornudaba! Me haré también un láser de CO2. ( hay una página de ofertas donde se consiguen a buen precio). Por ahora estoy súper feliz 😊. No creí que un aparato tan simple y accesible en precio, pudiera hacer una diferencia real en tan poco tiempo!

Je ne mets jamais de commentaire mais là franchement je recommande moi qui devait être opérée pour bandelette urinaire car fuite à chaque éternuement, port de charge,ou en fessant du sport après 2 semaines d utilisation 30 min chaque soir je n ai pratiquement plus de fuite je peux même éternuer résultats pas besoin de me faire opérer Foncé les filles il est génial Je recommande à 1000%

Um den schwachen Beckenboden ohne mühsame Anspannungsübungen wieder flott zu bekommen, habe ich mir dieses Gerät gekauft. Vorher hatte ich nur mit den üblichen Kugeln trainiert. Mir erschien es jedoch logischer, dass - wie beim Sport - ein Wechsel von Anspannen/Entspannen wirksamer ist für einen Muskelaufbau als stetige Anspannung. Das Tens Gerät kann stufenlos eingestellt werden von 0-99. Bis 25 merkt man (ich) nichts. Angefangen hatte ich mit ca. 45, mittlerweile bin ich bei 70. Man merkt selbst, wann der Muskel anfängt zu arbeiten. Es soll nicht nur ein Kribbeln sein, man soll die Kontraktion nach oben wirklich spüren. Wie als würde man selber Beckenboden Übungen machen. Richtig eingeführt ist das kein unangenehmes Gefühl (falls doch wendet man es nicht korrekt an - dazu später) Der tenscare spannt nun also 5 Sekunden an, macht 10 Sekunden Pause, das ganze 20 Minuten lang im Wechsel. Ganz wichtig!!!!! Ausreichend wasserbasiertes (!) Gleitgel auf die Elektroden!!!! Ist/wird es zu trocken, fehlt es an Leitfähigkeit und es kommt zu unangenehmen kleinen Stromschlägen. Die leitenden Seiten müssen nach links und rechts zeigen. Dann gibt es kein unangenehmes Gefühl, lediglich die Muskel Anspannung ist zu spüren. Entfernt werden darf es nur im ausgeschalteten Zustand. All das steht auch im umfangreichen Beiheft. Ich habe das Gerät erst seit 5 Tagen im Einsatz und merke bereits eine deutliche Verbesserung! Hatte erst nach Wochen damit gerechnet... Versand aus UK war problemlos. Zoll etc wurde vorab in den Kaufpreis eingerechnet von Amazon und auch abgewickelt.

Es muy cómodo de utilizar. Al venir en su bolsita se puede guardar y transportar sin problema. Me va genial. Se nota.
