Low quality item Not working properly

I had high hopes for this electric shaver, but it was a complete disappointment from the start. Right out of the box, it wouldn’t charge no matter what I tried, and as a result, it never turned on even once. To make things worse, when I inspected the interchangeable shaver head, I found a gross, lotion-like residue underneath it, as well as another head having some kind of small residue towards the top. It was absolutely unhygienic and unacceptable for a brand-new product. I’m shocked at the lack of quality control.

I really didn't expect this to work so well..I usually buy flawless products.I always had trouble with the heads.This lit t le shaver works way better than any other one I have purchased!! Buy it! You won't be sorry!!

I really like this assortment of grooming tools. As we age, things change and I used everything. I only wish this set came with an actual epilator, that pulls the hair out. But it really does check all the boxes. The tools all charge quickly and stay charged between uses. I recommend the assortment for sure.

Worth it! Close shave, doesn't pull hair, easy to clean and replace the different shaver heads for any part of the body.

UPDATE--The company got in touch with me regarding this issue. They offered me either a new one or my money back. I chose the refund because I had already replaced the razor. They were very quick to issue my refund. Very good customer service. Original post---I've had this 2 months and now it won't work. It won't take the charge. This is a piece of garbage. Am extremely ticked off. The time has passed to return it so not only am I stuck with a shaver that doesn't work but I'm also out 18.00.
