These Koolpak Hot and Cold Gel Packs are a big improvement over my previous set, which started splitting after a few months. The gel feels durable and flexible, and they hold both heat and cold well for extended periods. I’ve used them for aches, injuries, and general relief, and they stay intact without leaking or tearing. They’re reusable, easy to handle, and the packs maintain their shape nicely. Overall, a reliable and long-lasting option for anyone needing hot or cold therapy.

These are recommended by my daughter keep them on my bed at night and they maintain the cold air and our great for putting on face or head to cool down. They can even be heated to absolutely excellent quality and would buy again and strongly recommend. Placed in fridge or freezer for the cold excellent product.

These appear good quality and value for money cool packs (have not heated them). Great to keep in a fridge or freezer and perfect to place on the skin (wrap in a clean tea towel if frozen) or to mould to fit so comfortable to use.

I bought these gel packs to cool my leg, which was infected, it worked a treat. I have since used them as a heat pad as well and they are just as effective. Good quality and good heat retention. There was three in a pack & were just the right size for me, so they were excellent value for money too.

I’m impressed with this product. I have tried them both heated and cold. Quick blast in the microwave and you’ve got a lovely warm soothing pack. I would say the plastic cover material feels good quality. Nevertheless, when warmed , I would still be very careful where you put them on your body for fear of bursting and potential burning skin. Shove them in freezer 1 hour later you have a frozen pack. I use them alternatively hot and cold on my neck to ease migraines. Works for me. Pack of 2 in my book is very good value. Product arrived promptly.

Used it while dealing with soft tissue knee injury to cool it down. Worked well, decent size, good quality. Technically easy to use but harder to make it stay in place.... Nonetheless it was useful, reasonable priced and I purchased it again.

Iv got these in the freezer at all times, I play inline hockey and these come out of all the time. Whether it's from blocking shots or any for general bumps / sprains these are perfect for helping recovery, I put them in a strap and forget about it until the areas numb

Solo la he usado para frío, pero hubo una época en la que la usaba todos los días, y perfecta, aguanta bien el frío durante unos 20 minutos, es cómoda, tiene bastante gel dentro y es suficientemente grande para usarlo en las dos rodillas a la vez. Contento con la compra.

Estan bien,de las 5 una se me jodio por calentarla demasiado pero fue culpa mia. Las demas aguantan a la perfeccion

Ho acquistato questo prodotto nell'aprile del 2015 per risolvere infiammature dovute alla pratica sportiva agonistica. Dopo quasi tre anni di utilizzo, abbastanza intensivo, posso serenamente affermare che il prodotto, rispetto ad altri equivalenti (o presunti tali) ha: - un formato più grande e può "raffreddare" una zona più estesa, - una grande flessibilità e permette pertanto di avvolgere parzialmente articolazioni - una buona qualità del materiale esterno che ne migliora la fruibilità in appoggio sulla pelle - una lunga durata (anche se non consiglio un trattamento oltre i 20 minuti) In sintesi un ottimo prodotto, assolutamente consigliato!

The cooling part works like charm.. As for heating it can get a bit warm but you will have to microwave a lot and that too in few intervals you will need to turn off the machine because it might get explode m but it does what it says..
