I read a few reviews about this powder, specifically the Caramel Peanut flavour. Most comments were about the fact this is a mass gainer, not a protein powder, and one review in particular said the Caramel Peanut flavour was absolutely disgusting. When I bought it, that flavour was £10 cheaper than the other flavours, so I thought I'd give it a go. First of all I actually like the taste - not the best I've ever had, but definitely not the worst. As for results - brilliant! To provide some context, I am no weight training just for the sake of it, and I'm not looking to gain mass either; I'm actually training for a high level age group field hockey competition, and as I'm in my mid 50's, it's really important to do S and C work in the gym to increase performance, but more importantly, prevent injury. I take half a measure of this powder twice a day, so for example half (ie, 1 1/2 scoops) before a gym session and after, and before a hockey match and after, and in only a couple of weeks I am seeing real results; both from the point of view of performance and also looks - dare I say I'm almost in as great shape' as I was in my 30's, when I was really in to weight training (but back then, I was training just for the sake of it, not for any specific sport) One thing worth saying too - it mixes really easily, with a hand-held shaker. No lumps at all, and it mixes to a nice frothy sort of 'shake (unlike the Sci Mx protein powder I also use, which can be quite lumpy at times) The only reason this is a 4 star review, and not 5, is because of the size of the tub - as others have said, it's huge, a big waste of plastic. Overall though, I really recommend this powder, and will definitely continue to use it

It mixed beautifully and made a gorgeous thick shake. The taste was lovely and truly enjoyable. Honest 5 stars happy. No grittiness, no lumps and no chemical taste. Perfect !
