**Q: Is it possible to replace the tungsten pole tips, mine are worn out**
A: You can buy new rubber tips that have a metal inner but don’t think you can replace the actual tip.

**Q: Do they have a suspention system?**
A: If you mean some kind of spring system going on, then No. But, that said I've hiked a lot and would be very fearful of any hiking stick that had a suspension system. I need my sticks to be solid. I need to be sure that they're rigid without flexibility. Personally speaking, I really do not see a need for a suspension system. Why would you want one.

**Q: Are these good for women? I'm 5'3.5".**
A: They are fully adjustable. I'm 5'7" so they be fine for you at 5'3"

**Q: Are these suitable for a person weighing 250 pounds?**
A: I weigh 200lbs and my biggest issue with trekking poles over the years has been with them slipping as input weight on them. These lock down super tight and I would think you would have no issues with them. They are carbon fiber which is very strong and extremely light weight.
