She's small, 5ft2", and it adjusts to fit her very well, the elbow, arm, wrist and hand are completely supported at the right angle. The sling material is durable, comfortable, and it looks quite smart. Once it was adjusted to fit she has had no real problems removing it and putting it on. As far as slings go, it's a good one, it's well stitched and a handy thing to have around the house just in case - I certainly wish we'd had one at the time of the accident!.There's really only one criticism I'd make and that's about the strap. While it's strong and easy to adjust, it's also a bit rough to put around your neck - you really need to be wearing a jumper or wrapping something soft around the point of contact. It's like carrying a holdall the weight of your arm right on your neck/shoulder, it's the same sort of nylon strapping used for straps and handles on bags like that. It's not a huge deal and for the most part it's probably not going to be a problem for the majority of people, but a movable soft shoulder pad would solve it and in retrospect I should have chosen one like that, it just never occurred to me.So overall it's a good product, it's well made and priced. If it had a more comfortable strap it'd be five stars, but it's still a solid four as it does the job nicely. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Put my arm back on *by E***D on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 21 August 2021* My arm fell off one day. I looked down and there it was, plumb on the ground. Just fell clean off. No idea what happened.So I bought one of these arm sling babies and stuck it in. It's perfect! Keeps my arm looking natural against my body. People can barely even tell it fell off anymore. This held the arm in the right position whilst the break healed. It was easy to adjust and fasten with velcro and stayed in place.
