AirMan ResQ Emergancy Tyre Repair Kit, with easy valve through punture repair tyre selant, Air Compressor, suitable for all car makes and models

I bought this because the spare tyre lowering mechanism on my Chrysler Voyager has seized up (due to rust I think). It was a lot cheaper than getting the mechanism repaired, and the wheel is quite corroded anyway. The unit arrived promptly and I am very happy with the quality. Often things have a 'cheap' feel to them these days, but this feels solid and well made. It is more compact than I expected from the picture. It all comes in a sturdy looking, padded fabric carry case about the size of a largish handbag. The air hose and 12V lead fit neatly inside the compressor unit, and I was pleased to see it comes with a long power lead (about 3 m), so I can easily reach the back tyre (I had thought I might need an extension lead). The wires are quite thick too (not cheap and thin). I have not needed a repair yet, but I tried out the compressor. It added 2 psi to my tire in about 10-15 seconds with no difficulty and the screw fitting attached to the valve well, only releasing a small amount of air during attachment/detachment and not leaking at all while attached. The gauge is reasonably accurate, showing 36 psi when it was probably 38 (according to a high quality gauge I have), and even while pumping the gauge only goes about 1 psi over the actual reading. I like the fact that the sealant can pass through the valve (some products require valve removal). The sealant has a four year expiry date and I assume I can buy replacement fluid. I am glad I paid a bit more for this rather than a pressurized can that might blow up on a hot day in the boot, with the added bonus of having the compressor to use separately. At the price it seems like good value to me. I will update this review if I ever use the repair function.

Not used yet, luckily. But looks good quality. Received fairly quickly. The only bad point, no packaging. Just in the box it comes in, which wasn’t even sealed closed and was partly open. Address stickers etc were just stuck on the box the product would come in. No plain postage box.

Looks to be a good product small and compact and fits in the boot no problem. havn't had to use it yet so only 4 stars.

Fantastic piece of kit, that every motorist should keep in their car. The price is pretty amazing for the quality of the product and the expiry date on the tyre filler was also excellent being that it was 2030.

Worked, but when the bottle was in the holder it sucked the fluid into the compressor and out of its vents. Bottle had to be upright on the floor for it to work. It still worked despite losing about half of the sealant (20inch rim and used the 450ml bottle). Had tyre replaced and I was told it was easy to clean the sealant out of the rim and the valve seems fine.

Purchased this as I switched from run-flat tires to regular tires. Seems well-built. I tested the compressor and it worked well. It seems to me this is the same manufacturer of BMW’s mobility kit which costs twice as much. It also looks very similar to Continental’s mobility kit. Sealant expiry date is May 2026 which is good enough for me. I’ve used Slime repair kit before, this looks more higher quality. Gave it 4 stars as it took almost two months to get delivered.

Muy bueno, te salva de cualquier improvisto

Ho usato questo gonfia e ripara in una situazione d’emergenza e mi ha davvero salvato. Facile da utilizzare, in pochi minuti ha gonfiato lo pneumatico e sigillato la foratura permettendomi di ripartire senza problemi. Il prodotto è pratico da tenere in auto, occupa poco spazio ed è ideale per affrontare imprevisti senza dover cambiare subito la ruota. Ottima soluzione temporanea, efficace e veloce. Consigliato a chi vuole viaggiare più tranquillo.

Très bon compresseur d'appoint. Fonctionne toujours aussi bien même après plusieurs année. Trousse de qualité.
