Castrol MAGNATEC Stop-Start 5W-30 C3 Engine Oil 1L

I have used this oil in both of my last Ford Focuses my first one covered130,000 miles+, the second one showed14,000 miles when I bought it in 2007 and 243,467 when I sold it in January 2025. I still see it driving around now, it needed some welding done underneath, but the engine was still A1, and very little noise coming from it and it went straight through the MOT prior to being sold

Lovely tasting oil. Car loves it. I like to lick the residue from my fingers once the 710 cap has been replaced. Quick delivery although the keep fresh seal on the bottle means I don't need to keep it in the fridge before first use - probably not a bad idea once opened though.

excellent oil for modern engines using fully synthetic

I've been using Castrol oil for my Peugeot 208 petrol for quite some time now, and I must say, it has significantly improved my vehicle's performance. However, I do have one minor gripe – the design of the canister. It's a bit difficult to pour the oil without spilling some on the engine, which can be a bit messy and inconvenient. It's relevant more when canister is full and much easier to pour when it's half used. Pull out type spout would be very handy here.Despite this small issue, the overall performance and benefits of this oil far outweigh the inconvenience of the can design. My engine runs smoother and more efficiently.If you're looking for a reliable engine oil that improves performance and reduces the need for frequent top-ups, I highly recommend giving Castrol a try. Just be prepared for a bit of a challenge when it comes to pouring it!
