Does anyone have any experience treating golfers or tennis elbow with this lamp?

Infrared is usually used for deep muscle tissue but can relieve inflammation in joints as well. You must make sure lamp is a least 18” away from the area to be treated so as not to burn the skin and no longer than 8-10mins in one area at a time. Use every other day as to much use can cause heat damage to skin. Hope this helps

Do you need goggles on to use this?

Hi Jen. You don’t need goggles. Just position the heat lamp on a solid surface about 12” from the area that you wish to treat. Do not use above the shoulder or neck

Does it help with spider veins? I have nsome on my face and legs and woild like to get rod of them
