It isn't a miracle but out of all the OGX shampoos this in my opinion is the nicest. Then if you have time, put a plastic cap over your hair, then a warm towel. And leave for about 20mins. **Q: Does this contain protein** A: Doesn't appr to from the ingredients listed on the bottle, but you would be better contacting the manufacturers to ask this. It doesn't contain Sulphates. I use it because I get Psoraisis on my scalp which is aggregated by Sulphates.
