**Q: What other household items are needed please?**
A: Hi there, just checked the instructions and you will need to find: Bicycle Pump and Adapter, Water, a Glass Jar, a Glass Bowl, Vegetable Oil, a Tablespoon and a Teaspoon, Paper, Salt, Malt Vinegar, Garden or an Open Space (for Rocket and Volcano Exdperiments) Sticky tape and an Adult Assistant.  Hope this helps, thanks for your enquiry.

**Q: What experiment do you need the bicycles pump and adapter for? I dont have a pump so unsure if worth buying the box**
A: The pump is for the Rocket if I remember correctly. I bought this for my nephew and he really enjoyed it, but you do need a few items from around the house such as, salt, vinegar and a pump.

Experiments reliable to stimulate development

Had great fun with my 6yr old playing with this. A lot of the experiments are repeatable as well (ie it isn't a 1 time thing), which means he can now do a lot of it himself. As far as an educational tool, it peaked my sons interest, as he wanted to understand how everything worked...perhaps the downside is that as a parent you actually need to know what causes the reaction and why a (for example) volcano erupts!!! Why not 5*? The reactions themselves weren't as 'explosive' or exciting as I'd have hoped, and a lot of it you could do yourself without the kit. However, especially for the price, really good fun, and great for a rainy day
