I'm using this lamp to help with trigeminal neuralgia and it really feels like it's doing something. I use it most days, morning and evening,especially when I feel pains returning. So relaxing! It is quite bulky but very sturdy and is great for what I need. Love the way you can angle the lamp to suit wherever you need it. Very easy to use. I would definitely recommend and is worth the £70 I paid for it.

I have severe myofacial pain from TMJ Disorder and have been using wheat wraps as I’ve been told that ‘wet heat’ is the best to release the tight muscles. Well apparently that is only true for slight aching muscles, not for deep muscular trauma. For that, infra red heat is the best option as it can penetrate deep into the muscle (approx 2cm) and therefore works better where wheat wraps only work on the surface. I have to trust the science here and knowing that athletes use infra red saunas after training etc so it has to work. It’s a little bulky, almost like an old mini TV, and it can only work for 15 minutes at a time as it’ll overheat otherwise. Apparently you need to use it 30 minutes a day to get the most out of it, not sure if that’s per muscle group so I’m not using it enough yet but I am feeling some benefit and release in the muscles after using it. I use it in the morning before I do a manual massage. I’m going to gradually increase the time I use it. I am pleased!

I bought one similar which i only used twice and the red light stopped working so sent it back and bought this one. No problems so far. I like this better as it has handles. It's not heavy. It has a 15 minute timer. Definitely takes the edge off my pain. Worth the money, so far so good.

I've been using this red light therapy device for a couple it months now, and overall I'm quite happy with the it, the lamp itself is light-weight and has 2 handles, making it easy to move around the house if you need to, you can also regulate the angle which it quite useful. The LED panel works smoothly and covers a good amount of surface area without feeling too bulky. They recommend to start slowly and increase time gradually, but I started with 15-minute sessions twice per week and gradually increased the frequency. In terms of results, I’ve noticed a better sleep quality from first use, visible improvement in skin texture and a slight reduction in acne in about two weeks. It also supports muscle recovery after workouts or if you have any soreness - for me it’s shoulder pain and red light + heat helped with this as well. If you are using it for your face/neck area- Eye protection is a must, but a pair of special goggles are included! I accidentally dropped my makeup bag on switched on device and thought It is ruined, cause a bit of it melted on the panel, but fortunately I managed to clean it with some warm water, screen spray and cloth, so the durability is amazing - it is still good after months of use even after the accident. Still, for the price and performance, it’s a solid device and a good entry point into red light therapy if you're looking for non-invasive support for skin health and recovery. The only drawback is the noise - but for me it’s not a problem, as for 15 min it’s fine and I actually like that there is noise when it switched on - helps to remember to plug it off after use.

This infrared heat lamp is amazing absolute life saver !! I'm serverly disabled I broke my back in an accident and I'm in a wheelchair. I have a lot of shoulder pain from using the wheelchair and also j cant feel my left leg . What this heat lamp does is penetrate the muscuke and tissue increasing the blood flow and heating the area it provides great relief immediately after use you can feel the difference and relief in your muscles and body also very relaxing . The Beurer heat lamp at this il50 rating and av100% UV filter is so well made and easy to use it has a timer of 15 min that you can adjust to the time you want up to 15 min the units build quality is fantastic the unit does get hot but it has fans that are cooling it I just leave to cool before replacing in the box for storage . There are endless uses for the infrared it helps your skin tone as long as it has a 100% UV blocker like this model also help to relieve headaches and has many other uses I'm just reading a new book all about infrared treatments and uses so will update my review when I know more but honestly I bought this for my back and to keep circulation in my leg and it does exactly that and also for my face to help even skin tone and I'm so happy with my purchase it's great value for money as well .

I have found this very helpful and therapeutic. It's simple to use and is good value for money. The only drawback is having to sit and find something to put the unit on for your treatment depending on the area you want to treat This unit is a good model to try out infrared therapy with. I'm definitely thinking of upgrading to a larger model

Great service we had an issue at first but was all sorted in 24 hours. The product is fantastic it has repaired my tennis elbow in 15mins My son in laws pain in his wrist which has been on going for months gone in 15mins This is an exceptional product that feels like some kind of magic. I would recommend this as it works for many applications.

The bulb on this stopped working after only 10 months of use. I read it's supposed to last for 11yrs! A replacement was send out & I'm hoping it lasts longer as the design has slightly changed ie the fan remains on when the timer has ended, maybe to cool the bulb down quicker? I was really disappointed that this broke because I absolutely love it! It has become part of my morning routine......once the alarm goes off I point it towards my face whilst still in bed which wakes me up slowly as if I were laying on a deserted Caribbean beach. Even the cat joins in the basking! I've found it's greatly improved the skin on my face, my wrinkles have plumped out & I no longer longer get pimples. I also use it to treat my lichen skin condition & have seen great improvements. I use it daily on the effected area for 30mins. I usually busy myself with a book & the time flies. I use various oils at the same time & find they compliment the lamps treatment. I've also managed pain successfully, including injuries, headaches, doms, migraine etc. I highly recommend this lamp, BUT ONLY if they fix the bulb fault.
