It’s a little bulky, almost like an old mini TV, and it can only work for 15 minutes at a time as it’ll overheat otherwise. Apparently you need to use it 30 minutes a day to get the most out of it, not sure if that’s per muscle group so I’m not using it enough yet but I am feeling some benefit and release in the muscles after using it. I use it in the morning before I do a manual massage. I’m going to gradually increase the time I use it.
