After suffering months of hot flushes I was recommended this product by a friend. After taking the tablets for just 4 days the hot flushes stopped altogether. For the first 3 days I took 2 tablets a day but then forgot to take the tablets at night but still not not flushes. It was like magic. I never expected this to last but it has. I was very sceptical when I first started taking this product but here we are over 4 weeks and still not one single hot flush. Usually, I would wake up at least 3 times in the night and push off the duvet and would have up to 20 or more "turns" as I would call them throughout the day. If you haven't tried this product I would strongly urge you to give it a go. I now take only 1 tablet in the morning with a large glass of water and I am amazed that my hot flushes have stopped as they were making my life a misery.

Arrived on time, this product has got me through the menopause, took away my hot flushes and gave me balance once again. I stopped it for a while but flushes returned, enough proof for me!

I thought since my doctor took me off HRt and the hot flushes returned that this might reduce them but to be honest I've seen no difference but it was worth a try

This works. without a doubt. I tried Black Cohosh, Don Quai, Agnus Catus even wild yam and a hormone cream and none of them worked. This stopped the hot flushes and night sweats, and I have not had one since taking this. I would recommend this for those ailments. I did not know how I was going to get through the summer I am so glad I tried this. Give it ago if you don't want to see your Doctor. You can get a 700mgpack from another health site. this pack is only 70mg but it worked.

Only had this for a few days and night sweats still there but definitely easing. Will be buying again. Thanks.
