This is the review you're looking for. Yeah YOU!
I bought this product simply for the fact that I go to sleep to ASMR every single night. Wired headphones get tangled up around me (more dangerously around my neck some nights). True wireless headphones don't stay in your ears, they get lost overnight, they need to be charged, its a whole thing. I want to get through this list as quickly as possible. Here are the pros of this product: The most important i think of any product is the sound quality. The sound quality i give a solid 4.5/5 stars. I can hear my crisp trebles of whispers and the bass of mic tapping, soft spoken etc. Comfortability. Its a comfortable headband I would say. Comfy enough to get a good night's rest, but not comfy enough to wear 24/7. It's a headband you should wear only while you need it. Not for accessory. It's also quite breathable fabric, so unless its 80+ degrees in your room, you should be fine with this headband. 3.8/5 Battery Life is SOLID 5/5 stars. Compared to my True wireless headphones (Airpods Pro, BeatsFit Pro), the battery life blows them out of the park. The price? 5/5 stars. The sound quality and battery life that you get for $20 I cant really complain about. Like i said before, the sound quality is damn good, would be better if there was a form of noise cancellation, but it was frickin $20. The Cons: The biggest con for me is that the charging wire feels cheap and scary. One wrong tug and it feels like you'd be dealing with a wire shortage. Bluetooth range is PISS POOR! I can't leave the room of the device without it starting to skip a little. This isn't a major issue for me as Im only using it in bed. Getting up to use the restroom will cause some disruption in the signal if its far enough. No adjustable sizing. This isn't an issue for the fact of comfortability, but an issue for the fact of sound quality. You will get the best sound out of the speakers if you can get them to press a little closer to the ear. If the headband can adjust to be tighter or something along those lines, I would be satisfied. The last con for me is that me and this headband have to do a little dance before every use. Me turning the headband and adjusting the speakers so that they rest on my ears that "perfect" way so that I can get the best sound out of them. Then after getting them on the ear, now i have to adjust the headband to make it more comfy... its a WHOLE thing, My cons are nitpicky things that shouldn't really deter you away from purchasing this product. For what I paid for it, it is perfect for my Sleepy ASMR time and getting a good night's rest.

3 in 1 Device
This Bluetooth headband combination is a 3 in1 affordable device, where you will be able to listen to your favorite music, audios, videos for simply vibing, meditating, studying, and working, it provides high quality, easy audio control and noise cancellation for little to no distraction especially if you want to sleep, as you can use it for a eye cover with good air flow within the headband, and the headband itself is very fit for health workout, where it is very resorbing and highly deflecting of sweat and even water, good air circulation within the headband, along with a ultra stretch for your comfort preference. What makes this item so unique and why should you buy? If you want to make your life easier, and get 3 times your wants for a very affordible price you should definitely go for this. The audio is high quality and is just as good as ear buds and head phones that can range from 50$ to over hundred bucks with a separate price of a headband which would cost around 20$ or a night eye cover that cost people 25-40+ But with this you get all of that just for less than a fraction of the total average cost buying those things separately. I personally love and use this product everyday, it boost my mood all throughout the day working, studying, meditating, ect. Enjoy.

Comfy on side, must use the cable it comes with, no full charge or remaining charge indicator
It works well. It does not provide active noise cancellation, but it does buffer out the sound due to the fact that your ears are covered. I almost returned it because I thought it wouldn’t charge - I already had a USB-C chord that I use to charge another device, and I thought I could just use that. I could not. I had it connected to a PD port (it was USB-C to USB-C) so maybe that was too much for the headband, not sure. I finally decided to just try the chord that it came with (USB-A to USB-C plugged into a 5W standard adapter), as a last-ditch effort, and that finally worked. So maybe an existing A-C chord would have worked. I don’t know. There’s no indicator when it has fully charged, and it does not tell you how much charge is left when you power on. It’ll just turn off when the charge is gone. It’s annoying to NOT know it’s about to die, and then you have to charge it when you would have preferred to actually be using it. Yes, you can get around this by charging it every day, or trying to track how many hours you’ve used it. But that’s annoying too. I also have no idea how long it takes to fully charge the thing because there’s no indicator that it has reached charge. So I just leave it charging all day. That said, I’ve used it for multiple consecutive hours without needing to recharge, so the charge does last a decent amount depending on what you plan to use it for. Comfortable to lay on side, which is the main reason I bought it. I am a side sleeper and device-watcher and my AirPods were killing my ears. I have to turn my device volume all the way up to be able to hear comfortably - and it’ll beep at you when you’ve hit max volume. All in all - good value for the money provided you use the charging chord it comes with!

Great idea, I fall asleep magically
I am a life-long insomniac who lives on a highway next to cows and owns roosters so ambient noise is a constant through the night. I recently found ASMR and various colored “noise” that are helpful in drowning out distractions and shutting my brain off… but ear buds and headphones are not something you can sleep in, and just using my phone doesn’t drown out the highway and animal sounds. I have been using this for a week and I have had restful, deep sleep ever since. They are comfortable to sleep in and sound really good. I just ordered more so my husband can wear them under his motorcycle helmet. Note: the instructions are junk. It doesn’t explain the modes that flash but I found out it’s not a symbol it’s just color. Make sure you fully charge these before trying to use them. The Bluetooth function is forced off while charging and they won’t last if not fully charged so I thought they were broke at first! A red light that looks like “-1” means they are charging or need charged. When they are paired or pairing it blinks red/blue. That’s about it, they are very simple.

Comfortable, but recommended for occasional use only
I purchased two sets of these headphones, one for me and one for my husband. He uses his occasionally for daytime naps and finds them very comfortable. I, on the other hand, have insomnia and used mine every night to help me fall asleep. The sound quality is okay. It’s not great for music lovers, but for the price point, that’s to be expected. My husband mostly listens to white noise, and I primarily listen to audiobooks, so sound quality wasn’t a major factor for either of us. Where these headphones really shine is comfort: the earbud portion is very comfortable, especially for side sleepers. Overall, these headphones did what I needed them to do, but I’m giving them 3 stars for the reasons below. Pros * Very comfortable earbud design, even for side sleepers * Adequate sound quality for audiobooks, white noise, and sleep use * Affordable price point * Met our basic needs for sleep and relaxation Cons * The headband was slightly too large for my head, which made it frustrating to keep the earbuds properly positioned * Because I wore them nightly, the headband needed frequent washing, and removing and reinserting the earbuds was difficult * The internal wires are very fragile; frequent removal eventually caused the wires to break away from the earbuds, making them unusable in under a year * Waking up with “headband hair” every morning was not something I enjoyed Bottom line: Comfortable and functional for light, occasional use, but durability and fit issues make them less suitable for nightly, long-term use.

Best headphones for sleep
I love these headphones. I love to listen to audiobooks as I fall asleep and these make that possible without hurting my ears.

Not recommended for side sleepers. The hard plastic speakers hurt my ears and I woke up in pain.
I'm an aging former athlete, and I've been having sleep problems because of joint aches and pains. I found, after a rotator cuff repair surgery, that it was easier to sleep if I had something to listen to keep my mind off the post-op pain while I was sitting in a chair all night with an arm brace on. Now, a couple of years later, I'm finding shoulder pain and other aches often make it hard to get a good night's sleep. A friend of mine mentioned headband sleep headphones and I thought I'd give them a try. These headphones were an inexpensive first try. Comfort: My first night was rough. I tend to sleep on my side, and found the hard, round plastic disk speakers in the headband were painful to sleep on sleep. Positioned in just the right spot, they can be OK, but they shift around when I move at night and they're thicker than the 0.25" promised in the listing. Their actual dimensions are 0.35 inches (8.9mm) x 1.2 inches (30.6mm) of hard plastic. I tried to carefully position the speakers exactly where I wanted them using small safety pins to anchor the speakers in their pockets on each side and keep them in a more comfortable position. This solution didn't make this headband great, but the speakers weren't as irritating. Sound Quality: The sound quality from this headset started off as just OK. Not great, not staticky-crackly-horrible, but just fine for the spoken word stuff I listen to as I nod off or white-noise nature sounds. After less than a month later even the sound quality for the audio books I listen to became unacceptable. Battery Life: Battery life is good. I can sleep through the night and they're still running when I wake up. They require a USB-C low-speed (not rapid) charger to recharge the batteries, so my regular phone charger doesn't work with them. Conclusion: Hard plastic speakers that hurt. Bad sound quality. On the bright side, the battery lasts all night. I'm dumping these and have ordered a different headband headset.

Must-have for insomniacs that listen to ASMR.
Audio is decent in quality, but they’re so nice and light and comfortable that I forgive it. Easy to charge and slide the electric parts out from when washing. The mic is not so great, so I don’t recommend calling with them, but generally I don’t expect people to use them aside from bedtime. I take these everywhere I travel to!

Does what it should.
Easy to pair, comfortable to wear, keeps a fairly good charge, and the sound is okay for what it is.

Great sound and very comfortable
I have difficulty sleeping and listen to Netflix at night without disturbing my husband, and regular ear buds are not comfortable and fall out. This headband is great, superior sound and being a side sleeper, they are very comfortable. Have been sleeping so much better since I got this headband and it does not wreck my hair, big bonus.

Won’t drown out snoring but great for using sleep apps and for outside
My purpose was to use my sleep app - it’s great for that - also great for outside and keeping ears a bit warm while listening to music . Doesn’t drown out snoring though
