Shifa Lifeherbs 100ml Virgin Black Seed Oil

We have been using this for years. Tried other brands but not the same. Definitely buy the Shifa brand. Cleared up my nieces chronic eczema on her arms and face.

this is one oil everyone should be taking in their lives,it has endless health possibilities,if anyone is lookingto increase their well being and longer life,look no further,i have done a lot of research on this oil.

This is the first time I have tried this brand of black seed oil. It went straight in the fridge on arrival but I didn't use it for about a month. When I did, it tasted disgusting. I know from experience that black seed oil is not that pleasant but this left a long lasting rancid taste in my mouth. I can only suspect that it hadn't been stored chilled prior to shipping. Unfortunately it is now too late to return to Amazon.

From birth my daughter who is now 32 months has ALWAY suffered from cold and flu even when it is not the season. A friend of my husband recommend this. And to my amazement she not had a cold symptom for four month now. Could not be happier.

This is the first black seed oil I have tried.It has a fresh ,light peppery taste,good on salad.Nice by the spoonful too.After two weeks use an eyelid inflammation I had has cleared up completely.Very happy.

Have used externally on hair and taken orally not nice to tastw but health benefits outwit this
