Lovely relaxing - great for aches & rheumatism

I take 20 minute baths pretty much every night and I've been using 2-3 cups of these Epsom salts around my time of month (I use Dead Sea salt from the same brand every other time). I also throw in some lavender and it’s incredibly relaxing. I’ve increased my magnesium intake in general to help with cramps, so I can’t say that my reduced cramps are solely due to these salts. But 100% they aid in relaxation and de-stressing and that in itself has been proven to help with PMS symptoms and cramps. This is super affordable too, especially when you buy them in bulk. These salts dissolve like a dream, no gritty bits left behind and since I started this whole bath ritual, I've been way less stressed and sleeping like a baby. I struggle to sleep without a nighttime bath in general. Honestly, if you're looking to make your bath time a bit more spa-like without spending a fortune, this is a great place to start.

A good price and a good product

Magnesium has been proven to be absorbed through the skin into the body. This is an excellent product to get magnesium into the body through the skin without taking tablets that can upset your stomach. It's a very pure product and dissolves well in warm water. I found out I was low on magnesium and decided to use this in foot baths to help my symptoms. I had another test and my magnesium levels were normal. This product definitely works, as confirmed by tests. Build up the amount dissolved in water and you will feel the benefits of less muscle pains in no time.

I love this product! You really dont need anything fancy when it comes to bath salts. I sometimes add in my own essential oils for the luxury element. I bulk buy always because I use 2 cups per bath as I am always sore from the gym. I love to float!! I used to get the kind with buckets but I had too many buckets and this pouch makes for a good refill into said buckets!!

Having bought Epsom salts for many years, this product from Westlab is hands down my favourite over other sellers' products. I've shopped around over the years and tried slightly cheaper brands with equally good reviews but found the quality of other seller products to be slightly inferior such as slightly coarser grain taking longer to dissolve (or part dissolve leaving dirt particles) and some grain discolouration. Sure, some brands may sometimes offer a slightly better deal but it doesn't take long to see the cost per kilo of the Westlab packs to get something comparable in price. All in all, a great product I can trust on quality and I can't wait for my next batch to be delivered

Works well on skin, especially if you have inflammation

I have been using this for many years now. I have M.E. and find it really helps to relax/ de-stress me. The first time I ever had this in the bath I had a really unusual feeling. A real feeling of energy. It was like I had had lots of caffeine for days, but I didn't have a come down, it just slowly wore off. After this, I continued using it and didn't have the feeling again. Many years later I had not used it for quite a while and I got the same effect. When looking this up on the internet, I came across a website that said that people that are severely magnesium deficient (many M.E. people are) can get a big boost/rush after using it. I now continue to use it in the belief that I must be deficient. It has never had any negative effects so is definitely worth a go for others. (having said that, my mum is allergic to sulphates so cannot use- so be careful of this). I have also heard others get muscle ache benefits and know that roman baths had this mineral and used its waters for healing purposes. A 5kg bath lasts me around 6 months. I only use in the bath and haven't tried this orally (although have used a different magnesium supplement). I would definitely recommend this product.

Muy buenas para dolores musculares. Media hora y quedas nueva y relajada. Viene con indicaciones para las medidas que tienes que echar dependiendo de si te bañas entero o solo los pies, por ejemplo. Es casi como ir a un balneario, pero en tu casa. Puedes ayudar añadiendo unas gotas de aceite esenciale de lavanda, diluido en un aceite portador, como almendras, oliva...y así será más relajante

El mejor magnesio para dolores musculares y artritis. Y además relaja y ayuda a conciliar el sueño si el baño lo haces antes de acostarte.
