TL;DR: Part of a regular routine for SD on the advice of my dermatologist, and it does exactly what it is supposed to.My dermatologist recommended these as part of a broader routine for managing seborrhoeic dermatitis and they have been a regular purchase ever since. Used consistently they help keep flare-ups at bay in a way that feels genuinely preventative rather than just reactive. The 1kg pack of two represents decent value given how regularly I get through them.Nothing complicated to say about it. If your dermatologist has pointed you towards Dead Sea salt bathing for SD, this is a reliable and readily available option that does the job without any fuss. The kind of product you only notice when you have forgotten to reorder it.

I have rosacea. But it's on my face and back and more recently on my arm. My arm would get angry red, hot and sting. I've tried all sorts of lotions and potions. Someone mentioned epsom salts. So I thought I would get a bag and just try it out. It's not as costly as the potions and lotions I've been trying.It worked. I'm not saying it's gone, it's still there. But it looks healthier. At the moment I'm doing it on my arm to test it out. So far so good. Do not put the product on your skin semi neat...I did that and it hurt as hell. But didn't do it any damage luckily. Now I put it in a small spray bottle, the strength of it is entirely up to you. I spray it on, if it's your face, spray it on your hand first then pat your face, avoiding the eyes. Leave it for a bit, then wash it off. If it looks a bit dry after I put on some potion that calms the dryness down. It doesn't look angry red raw now, it just looks a bit dry. Less itchy. But using the salt has prevented me from using potions and lotions unless I have to.

Nice bath product. Takes a while to dissolve and does leave a coating on the bath but feels nice on the skin

I have bought this a few times now to help with psoriasis and it's been a game changer. Definitely seen huge improvements with one area clearing up completely, inflammation on other areas reducing hugely and scales becoming much thinner. My only complaint is I wish the bags were a bit bigger but given the price, it's only a minor complaint.
