What is the best way to use this? Put in while water is running or do you rub salt on yourself like an exfoliator?

Personally I pour it in whilst the water is running and let it dissolve. This makes the water soft which in turn leaves my skin soft and much less irritable.

Hi is this a pure product? I want to make baths salts using pure and natural ingredients

I have eczema and very sensitive skin, I think if there was anything added to this product my skin would have reacted to it but I only felt really good after use and my skin felt beautiful.

Is it ok to use in a bath everyday? to help eczema?

I have been told it helps, but I have also been told if there are any cuts with in the eczema because its a bad attack, it will sting badly. I think the individual will know if it will hurt, it will also depends on the concentration of the salt in the water.

Can this salt be used to make a Salt body scrub?

Although I haven't tried it I guess you could add olive oil for example to make a scrub.
