It’s Good

Recently found out I was deficient in vitamin E through a micronutrient test. Been taking one of these daily, very easy to take. Hopefully raising my levels and increasing energy, need to take for a few months before reassessing. Love this brand, vegan friendly too.Update 2022 - this product is now soy derived, not from sunflower seeds. This is problematic for people as myselves that either cannot tolerate soy or want to avoid it for health reasons.

Easy to swallow and not too big.

vitamin E capsules were ordered, arrived promptly and did not contain soya bean oil which I have read recently is not good news.

very disappointed with this productit doesn't have any effect whatsoever, one of the worst vitamins that i've tried!all their products are mediocre, just placebos with low concentration, and i've tried a few from this company - fish oil, face creams, etc - all ended up in the bin.they claim to do this and that but the quality is very questionable.They are insisting their products are "made in Britain" and people shouldn't buy from somewhere else...my question is would you buy a mediocre thing made in England or buy something effective, no matter where is made?...And let's not forget the aggressive advertising - they are sending me catalogs and emails although i cancelled my subscription and i'm not interested to buy anything else.very annoying!
