But it is almist invisible. Obviously stevia doesn't taste like sugar, but it is a good substitute. **Q: What is quilla extract that is listed on the ingredients list?** A: I don't know, maybe they mean quillaia extract. The best thing is how it froths up my smoothies. You don't get that from the stevia you get from the supermarket - they're full of bulking agents and can even make me bloat.
