An Artist's' Table
I have been looking for a folding table for a while now because I work in a small room and a large table is out of the question. The primary use I'd have for a table is to use my keyboard/ mouse or graphics tablet as I work at a distance from my computer screen. I'd also want to use the table as a traditional drawing board. I needed something that could be unfolded in a matter of seconds and put away just as quick. This table does just that. The wood is sturdy enough, the legs seem 'solid' the table top is possibly layers of wood (in my opinion probably better than so called 'solid' wood, after all, skateboards are made of out 7-ply to make them stronger. It also helps contribute to a lighter table; this is very useful because you can move it around with great ease. The surface is veneer to help make cleaning easy and the corners are rounded so you are not going to have an eye out. However, it isn't the most stable of tables and you can rock it around a little, but for my purpose it hasn't given me any cause for concern. I wouldn't advise building a card tower on it though or using it for delicate modelling or intricate craft work. It could, in theory, be modified by adding more bulk to the ends of the legs for added stability, but that would be a hobby in itself. The other real negative here is the plastic shrink wrap they have used to protect the table top. Now, I'm all for cleanliness, but, this table appears to have been constructed with the wrap on! Meaning that the screws have probably gone through the wrap. You have to tear it away and that is fine until you hit the underneath. You then need to take the wrap away close to the leg connectors and pull the wrap away.(I found that particularly stubborn wrapping is able to be twisted with a pair of tapered nose pliers and pulled away, but it does take a bit of effort). Other than that you may have to unscrew the wooden components underneath in order to remove the wrapping fully. I still have the tiniest amounts of wrapping under the wooden components but that's a very small price to pay. And in a way it is nice to know that it is super clean and new. I'd say this table is generally well worth it's price, I can type and draw on it fine and the folding aspect is simply smooth and effective. I would, however, probably advise against it if you are looking for a very stable platform to base your craft.

Rock, Scissors, Paper... Snacks!
A friend of mine had two of these and gave one to me. I use it all the time but needed another. Though I have a large bedroom I still need another place to put a few things on this dusty job very well. This is a cheap and cheerful product that does the job. I say this because two of the feet have not been rounded off what precisely so that they match and it does the job of not wobbling. I have not been using it more than a year and have even kept the plastic cover protector on the actual table surface to give it extra protection for a little while longer (you can remove this if you wish). The other reason why I say it’s cheap, is that my friend paid £10, I paid £13.15 just over a year ago, and it currently costs £14.04, which is not that expensive particularly if you’re thinking of getting one; prices usually go up so this is still a bargain in my opinion. As it says reduced from £23.49 I would say this is currently a bargain. I would be a little surprised if you could find it cheaper than £10 anywhere else at this time. And of course it’s foldaway, so she ever need the room needed to move it to another room it is very easy. Extensive use and two of these ready when needed means when not in use folds away very conveniently, a plus if you have limited room (e.g. you live in a small flat). So long as you are mindful that it is a small snack table and you put things near the centre perhaps (e.g. a full glass), any knocks you MAY have should minimise any spillages. Light and flimsy? Well, its not a large or dining table and it has a bar on one of the pairs of legs so you can have the other to put your feet through if you use it as an eating table. As I said, be mindful that if you knock it, things may spill or slide (don’t be silly and leave a drink right on the edge for example). I use mine as a snack table, or to keep remote controls on, as paper and pencil, drinks and when i have visitors, Pizza boxes and moved again as a drinks, etc table when we watch the TV, very handy indeed! So put whatever you like on it - Rock, Scissors, Paper... Snacks!

Good value product
At the price, I expected this table to be crudely made but adequate for the job (easily moveable jigsaw table). It wasn’t. It was well made, nicely finished, and looked as though it cost more. My four stars for two of the categories merely reflect the fact that no lightweight table can ever be classed as sturdy and no foldable table is really easy to fold. It would collapse if it was! Overall, I was impressed and would definitely buy again.

Nice table but arrived damaged and has annoying plastic wrap
1. The table has been packaged in a strange way- it looks like the tabletop was wrapped in tight plastic BEFORE the legs were assembled to it, so removing the wrapping is very difficult as some of it stays stuck between the tabletop and the frame / legs (Orange circle in picture above). I've had to use a Stanley knife to lightly cut away the edges of plastic from the frame. 2. The metal bar underneath the tabletop was broken on delivery, and so the folding legs had fallen out of place. I had to re-insert the table legs under the metal wire and then hold the wire back in place for about 10 mins with a ton of super glue between the surfaces (red circle in above photos and also a close up pictured). No idea if it'll hold up but it'll do for now. Other than the above - it's a nice little foldable table for my small rental apartment. Does the job.

Convenient size, big enough for a 15" laptop and folds away neatly.
I bought this as a small work table for my observatory. It's just about wide enough for a 15" laptop with enough space to use a mouse. It's high enough for me to manage a session sitting on a low stool but just about low enough not to be clobbered by the scope or counterweights when making a slew. It seems reasonably stable for holding the laptop or when swapping over cameras, not sure I'd trust it with the full weight of a telescope, it folds away neatly when not in use, so ideal for my use.

Not Bad for the Money
Looked around for a suitable portable fold-away table so as I could sit in livingroom watching telly when eating meals...after looking at around some twenty or so tables I opted for this one, basically previous reviews swung in its favour. The table arrived as expected in average packing with suitable protection..I know there was a few moans about removing the sticky plastic covering of which I could not really understand until mine arrived...dont really know why they use this type of coverage but I had to use a sharp knife to remove said, although the table received a few scores from the knife that was not an issue as they were all underneath, think the only way to completely remove it would be to remove screws and legs and tear it off from there, having said that I did not think this was a deal breaker...So it has been put into action a few times now, it is reasonably sturdy but does wobble a little from side to side, mine is placed on a laminated floor and I would guess if on carpet it would be a little worse. It is extremely easy to fold and manoever about and I guess I am pretty pleased with the purchase, so much so that I am about to order another for visitors..Happy with purchase.

Utile e "tascabile"
