I love this fountain! It’s so pretty and the LED lights make the water fountain look like a flame at night! One of my friends purchased one after she saw mine and another one commented on how beautiful it was! I actually wish it made just a little bit more noise as I’m using it to attract birds and they are attracted to the sounds of moving water. The instructions were not very clear on how to connect all the tubing and electrical cord and the booklet mentions a QR code for further instructions yet the code takes you to a PDF of the book that you already have! I called customer support and left a message and someone called me back the very next day which I was very impressed with! He explained they were changing their booklet and removing the QR code. All in all, it’s a wonderful fountain and worth the money!

UPDATE: Came home last Friday to discover that the vendor had shipped out a replacement fountain. While I’m typically a person who doesn’t mind repairing things rather than letting items go to waste, the damage on the bottom of my previous fountain was clearly a result of a manufacturing defect and warranted replacement. I unboxed the product immediately and set it up, and have the added bonus of being able to continue to use the previous fountains pump and now have a spare on hand for the future. I appreciate the prompt response and the vendors willingness to make matters right. The new fountain has been plugged in for a week and is running smoothly with no early signs of defect. This fountain was great while it worked, it is lovely to look at and makes a nice sound and the added bonus of a light makes it extra special— However, a couple of days ago I got it out for the year, cleaned it up and went to fill up, and water went everywhere. Flipped it over and the entire fiberglass bottom had corroded. Contacted the helpline on the product page and was instructed by the vendor to provide pictures and copies of my receipts. Fast-forward to this morning, I opened my email and to discover that their solution for the issue was to apologise, say that this seldom happens, and tell me they will get back to me with suggestions on how to repair it myself, and asked me to be patient in the interim. At this point The only thing they have going for them is quick response time to emails. I responded and told them that me paying additional money to purchase materials to fix the fountain myself wasn’t my preferred option considering that the fountain hadn’t eked out even a full year of use before this happened. Will update when I hear back. Hopefully they will send a replacement.

This is really cute and was described accurately. The only issue is installation instructions. There are some in the paperwork that comes in the box. A bit confusing! They provide a scan for online instructions but there's NOTHING when you enter the model number. Tried all 3 on the paperwork, which included mine. But the search didn't provide any further instructions.
