This flask is just as described. Keeps good ACTUALLY hot for 5 hours. It is leak proof and easy to use. My 5 year old daughter has no problem opening and closing it and portion size is equally good enough. I am so happy with this flask! Every penny is worth it and the design is beautiful and doesn't fade when washed. So don't spend your money on any other flask if you want hot food!!!! 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good product food stay hot for long and even easy to eat from it

Food stays warm but not hot for 5-7 hours depending on the ambient temperature. I use it on the weekends when I am marshaling outdoors (the temperatures can be between 2 -10C during the colder months). So I certainly appreciate something warm to eat when we get a break. I usually keep the thermos wrapped in a tea towel and placed in an insulated bag. But I would imagine if you store your lunch indoors, the food would stay warmer longer. The size is perfect for me and it is easy to clean and fill. The one thing that I would improve on is the lid. Because it is plastic, you can feel the heat coming from it, hence the towel I wrap mine in. But overall it does a decent job.

Great flask for baby food. I heat it with warm water for 5mins before filling with hot food, at 8am. The food is still hot at 12 when I want to feed the baby. It's a great size and feels tough and well made. It's a real godsend and means I can feed her a good hot meal in the middle of a field without having to worry about transporting hot water and trying to warm food. The pattern is really pretty and it feels like it will last a very long time. So pleased with this item and highly recommended.

Fantastic for school lunches! My children just don't like sandwiches so we decided to invest in a pair of these to provide warm meals. We tried examples from other producers but none of them kept food sufficiently warm. We heat the soup/rice/beans/spaghetti/noodles/whatever in the morning (8am) and it's still nice and warm for lunch. If the flask is only half full it will obviously cool more quickly but these are a nice size for a 5-8 year old when full. Great product and a nice colour. There are cheaper versions out there but we've tried them and we know this one actually works

Over a year has passed since I bought this - it has transformed packed lunches. It means that my little one can have a warm lunch (especially when it's wet & miserable outside). Per reviews, you do need to fill it to the top with food, even if you don't expect the whole thing to be eaten - it just works better. Also, it's worth putting boiling water in, at least 10 mins before use. Sometimes, if I'm organised enough, I put hot water in overnight, then boiling hot water for ten minutes. In truth, you don't want the food to be piping hot They don't have the time or patience to sit and wait for a red hot meal to cool - so this temperature is perfect. I tend to pack it by stacking rice on one side, and mince, or meat on the other, rather than mixing all the food together. Haven't tried with liquids - soup might be a step too far for dinner ladies to cope with!

This is the 2nd of these little pots I've bought. I think they're great for school lunches. I regularly use mine to send in stews, soups, pasta etc and it works very well. You do need to put boiling water in it for a few minutes before you add the food otherwise the heat won't be retained and we tend to make sure the food is absolutely piping hot as it goes in. My daughter tells me it's always nicely warm by lunchtime. I think it loses some heat as we don't have it totally full. We also sometimes use it with corn on the cob or something like that inside that just needs kept warm. My only gripe is it's quite expensive. But it's been pretty durable, we've had our first one 3 years now.
