Ronseal 6886271-HHW Smooth Finish Filler Multi-Purpose Ready Mixed 900g, White

I ordered this filler while patching up a few holes and cracks before repainting a room, and honestly it made the whole job much easier than expected. I have used a few different fillers in the past that were either difficult to spread, dried too quickly or cracked afterwards, but this one was far easier to work with. The first thing I noticed was how convenient it is being ready mixed. Not having to mess around mixing powder or guessing consistency saved a lot of time and made the whole process much cleaner and less frustrating. What impressed me most is how smooth the filler spreads. It applies really easily with a filling knife and doesn’t drag or crumble while working with it. I used it on small wall cracks, screw holes and a couple of deeper damaged spots, and it handled all of them really well. The finish after drying was also much smoother than expected. Once sanded lightly, the repaired areas blended into the wall really nicely and painted over perfectly without obvious rough patches showing through. I also really liked that it didn’t shrink badly while drying. Some fillers sink into holes and need multiple layers afterwards, but this held its shape much better and saved extra work. Another thing I appreciated is how workable it stays during use. It doesn’t dry out too quickly while you’re applying it, which makes it much easier for beginners or larger repair jobs. The tub size also turned out to be more generous than expected. A little goes quite a long way, so the 900g tub lasted through multiple repairs around the house with plenty still left afterwards. I have also noticed it sands down very easily once dry without becoming overly dusty or crumbling apart. That made getting a clean smooth finish much quicker before painting. What surprised me most is how professional the finished repairs looked considering how simple it was to use. Even areas that looked rough beforehand ended up looking clean and tidy after filling and painting. The resealable tub is another practical bonus because it keeps the filler fresh between uses instead of drying out quickly. I am really impressed with the quality, ease of use and finish of this filler. Smooth, reliable and ideal for general DIY repairs around the house. If you need an easy-to-use filler for cracks, holes or wall repairs before decorating, I would definitely recommend this one.

Much better than pollyfilla! Great consistency and easy to apply. Gives a lovely finish. It is a little harder to sand but it feels like a stronger finish

Really good value here — the filler goes on smoothly, dries in a couple of hours, and sands down easily for a strong, neat repair. It doesn’t shrink or crack, and takes paint well, so it’s reliable for most DIY jobs. The only downsides are that the 900 g tub could definitely be bigger, and it can be a bit tricky to scoop out the filler from the bottom once you’re near the end. Overall though, a solid product that does what it promises

It's great. Dries quickly and very hard. Try not to over-fill as it's not so easy to sand. Easier to build in quick drying layers to get a flat finish instead. Only complaint is that the small pot is too tall and narrow to get my spatula to the bottom of the pot.

I’ve found this filler to be a really good option for small repairs around the home. It goes on smoothly, dries quickly, and sands down easily to leave a clean finish ready for painting. Compared with other fillers I’ve used, including Polyfilla, I found this one easier to work with and it gave a really good finish. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it comes with an applicator, as I wasn’t expecting one, and it’s a useful extra to have. As others have said, the only minor downside is that the 900g tub could be a bit bigger, and it can be slightly awkward to get the last bit out from the bottom. Overall, this is a good value filler.

The first one like so many have said on here was smashed to bits when I recieved it. A quick click on amazon and a replacement was sent out that arrived perfectly. Its a good thickness for filling different sized gaps and it dries nice and hard ready for sanding. perfect then for painting. very easy to use with a finger or the supplied tool.

Mi serviva uno stucco che non ritirasse, che fosse molto fine e che fosse robusto. Questo prodotto ha superato le mie aspettative su tutti e tre i fronti. Lo uso in modellismo statico ma mi è capitato di utilizzarlo anche nel fai da te comune. Contiene un a proporzione di microgranuli di plastica e resine acriliche che lo rendono simile al cemento come comportamento, ed è pure in parte elastico. Asciuga senza ritirare (ottimo per piccole crepe) e ha ottima resistenza.

Enduit pour boucher des trous prêt à l'emploi (pas besoin de rajouter de l'eau et de mélanger), blanc, lisse, facile à étaler, fourni avec une spatule. Il suffit ensuite de poncer avec du papier de verre. Le temps de séchage est assez long.
