Hadn't used these before, but after finding moths indoors that weren't going to the sticky traps already in place, I decided to give these a try, really pleased I did, moths caught in 1 trap on first night and each night since has seen moths trapped. Literally tonight put an extra trap in a cupboard after seeing a moth flying about and in less than 2 minutes a moth was in the trap. Really like they are in a plastic hanging 'basket' and sticky traps simply slide in, so the can't get crushed and stuck together. Also good that the sticky pads are available without the baskets, so only need to buy as many holders as you need, then buy refills after that. So pleased I am placing another order!

They work exceedingly well. Last year the 15 moth pads trapped probably getting on for 1000 moths. It was amazing. We had a very serious outbreak due to a wool carpet with boxes stored under a bed. We are hoping to see a considerable improvement this spring summer, but I'm not taking any chances and so I've purchased another set with the larger size to position all over the house.

Within 24 hours l had a moth trapped!!! V v pleased. (That was despite spring cleaning the room for hours) Cassette is easy to put together. I found getting the papers into the cassette a bit awkward and found it easiest to peel off a bit of paper and hold the sticky bit within the plastic cassette. Adjust the paper by holding by the edges. I hope the Co will advise of what horrible pest l have. There were lots of casings under a bed on a 100% 50oz wool carpet. A few moths and lots of casings spotted and hoovered up all over the room, though mainly under the bed. Every piece of heavy furniture moved and hoovered under. Pictures moved and hoovered behind... casings even behind one picture. Spent all day hoovering and emptied and cleaned inside wardrobes in case. Live moths around were few and far between (maybe 6 or so) and they looked v v tiny. They hide in the darkest places, so a thorough cleaning is necessary. I will repeat the cleaning in 7 days and am checking for live moths 4 or 6 times a day. Found a moth in another bedroom so looks like spring clean again. When the moth is recognised by the company l will update the review to advise others what other products are recommended by the co. As an aside, strangely no damage seen on carpets (yet) and no damage seen on clothes (yet). Casings are white and look empty. Room was sons until covid19 meant shielding so son moved out. Maybe problem has been there a while..it was his responsibility to clean his own room Updated 2 days later. Traps caught 5 moths. Casings appearing where there were none. Hoovered up around 7 live moths. Continuing to monitor. No recognition of moths by seller following this review. They were carpet moths and were a real pain to get rid of. After hoovering twice or three times daily l resorted to a moth killer spray and sprayed the carpet. Had tried “ecological “ and natural remedies that just didn’t work. This product ended up being thrown away.

Absolutely useless. Not a single moth captured, yet moths about the place and clothes damaged. I am obliged to put a star rating but it deserves no star at all. Don't waste your time. I am now writing a very positive review, not about the product, but about the customer service from the company itself, Fort Products. Based on my bad review of the moth traps the company itself offered me a full refund. This followed an email from me to them which was answered almost immediately with much apology and an eagerness to resolve the matter. They straight away sent the refund to my card. Brilliant -- just as a company should behave towards its customers. Huge thank you to Fort products. They deserve 5 Stars!

Have been using these for quite a while. Previously would have given them four or five stars, as they are very effective, but since they changed the plastic casings I can only give them two of three stars. The old casings were really good - solid and easy to construct and change the pads over; the new ones are almost impossible to use - difficult to construct, extremely difficult to fit the pads. As a result, you end up getting your fingers all over the pads trying to wrestle them in, which I think makes them ineffective because the same batch of pads inserted into the old traps catches moths while those in the new traps don't. Why change something that works to something that doesn't?

Saw the odd moth but didn’t think I had a problem. Bought these and was amazed at how well they worked in the wardrobe next to my leathers! Now to buy more stuff to get rid of them fully.

I was looking for an easier way to help control the clothes moth infestation that has sprung up in my house and ended up coming across pheromone traps. I was a little skeptical and a number of reviews across other products said it didn't really work however this is most definitely not the case for me! Within 10 minutes of placing the trap I had 4 moths hovering around it and the next morning they were stuck and dead - success! I would say these are more for placing around your home than inside a wardrobe. To note, they attract the male moths so the females have none to breed with and so hopefully breaking the reproductive cycle and issue. The reasons I like this product: 1) It actually works and doesn't involve you spraying nasty chemicals around your house or any effort on your part. 2) Entopest is such great value for money as you get so many traps and also refill pads (they do stop working after 3 months or so and also can get dusty or full). As a result I've been able to place traps in different rooms and so figure out where they're coming from. 3) Really easy to assemble, hang and/or place flat against the wall on top of the bookcase - not one has been knocked over or fallen down. 4) It came with some really useful information that clarified the type of moth it works on etc. 5) I quite liked that it's a smaller company Top tips: 1) Place them quite high up in your room as this tends to be the level moths fly at and like. 2) Always place them vertically and never lying down flat (doesn't work as moths like to be on the wall a.k.a. vertical) 3) I've found placing them against a wall vertically on top of a bookcase or something like that has worked best rather than hanging off a curtain pole. 4) It does state this in the instructions but do give them time to attract the moths. I think I got quick results as we have a real problem it seems but you need to leave them in a place for 2 weeks before deciding to put it elsewhere.
