JVL Over door utility clothes washing laundry dryer balcony airer

Bought this airer for drying clothes in my dorm room which is very small and doesn't have any hanging space. It is easy to use and store, and dries up to 10 pieces of clothing at a time, plus delicates and smaller items. I hang it over my bathroom door. A minor hassle is that the door doesn't fully close because it scrapes the top of the doorframe (the thickness of the rods are about 0.7cm approximately), but the utility far outweighs the inconvenience - I leave clothes to dry at night, and they're usually done by the morning or when I'm back on the evening. At first glance the material seems flimsy, but has held up very well these last few months. Overall, it's been a real lifesaver. Great product, for a good price.

Find this very useful. I use it mostly for socks, underwear, tops and hand towels. I don't need a clothes horse anymore which it bulky and ugly, I am able to use this item and radiators (one person in household), would recommend for a single person. Also can fold up not taking up much room when storing. Only annoying this is when taking it off it the radiator, the handles come off at the joint, but is very easy to rectify.

The airer was exactly what I was looking for to replace a very old one that was chipped and rusting. It fitted over my shower door perfectly and it's much better and lighter than my previous one. It holds up well when loaded with wet laundry and also great for damp towels. I also like that one section is removable and adjustable which my old one didn't have

The bottom wire was bent and the whole thing feels a bit flimsy .I wouldn't want to put a lot of laundry on it . It is nice and compact and easy to store .To sum up best for small spaces and for drying lightweight things.

I can honestly say I wasn't expecting a great deal from the price, but then my expectations weren't that high. I expected it to be more flimsy than it is and not particularly practical, but I'm pretty impressed. I didn't expect it to be all that strong, but it's fine with a couple of bath towels, a couple of t-shirts, several pairs of underwear and a few pairs of socks. I didn't buy it to try and hang heavy items on (like denims or jumpers), it's just an additional bit of space for the smaller items that either clog up the washing line or slide down the back of the radiator. The hanging hooks are also very practical - yes, it does hang over the top of a door, but it will also hang on a radiator (which is what I do), the end of a child's cot (tried that, it's fine) and if you want it completely out of the way, over a curtain rail (so it's above head height). All in all, a bargain purchase (a fair bit cheaper than a standing airer) and delivered promptly. Very pleased.

It's not the best quality - but that's what you get for the price. It can hold quite a lot of clothes, there is no problem here - it can take the weight. But, it's a little narrow - I use it mostly to dry my bath towels after I shower and they are quite big: one very large one for my body and another smaller, but rather large, for my hair. If I'm not careful, the towels slip because I need to put them over it on through the bars (the bars are too narrow). Also, I don't recommend putting it over the bathroom door unless your bathroom door opens in the middle of the bathroom and there is nothing beside it, otherwise you will not be able to open the bathroom door. I put it on the shower door, which would work fine since I just showed and won't need to open it again until the towels dry. All in all, it's not too bad, but you really need to think it through: where and how you are going to use it.

Brought this to hang over the banister. Fits well and does a great job. Now it's out of the way, rather than the clothes horse I have sitting in the lounge.

Praktische und günstige Lösung, wenn man Wäsche oder Sportklamotten zum Trocknen aufhängen möchte und dabei möglichst wenig Grundfläche verbrauchen möchte. Einfach in der Montage, stabil.

Aunque no se puede colgar en una puerta que vayas a cerrar, es muy práctico por el poco espacio que ocupa y su resistencia y lo puedes colocar en infinidad de lugares. Yo lo he puesto en una persiana de la galería que nunca cerramos y está resguardado del viento o la lluvia. Va estupendo para piezas pequeñas y coladas de calcetines o trapos, que siempre es un engorro tener que poner uno a uno las pinzas. También lo he probado en un balcón y encaja bien, no es como otros colgadores que del peso van cediendo los brazos. En cuanto a la anchura no hay que preocuparse, porque los soportes se pueden ladear hacia dentro y me cabe en una puerta estrecha. También puede valer para colgar en una mampara de ducha, aunque no he probado a ponerle mucho peso.

Envoi rapide et objet conforme à la description. Séchoir que j'utilise sur ma fenêtre et qui tient très bien et est très pratique, rien à voir avec tout ce que j'ai pu avoir auparavant. Il semble solide pour le moment mais c'est à voir avec le tempe et l'utilisation. Je recommande!

Je l'utilise davantage sur mes appuis de fenêtre que sur mes portes. C'est très pratique et assez solide. Seul petit bémol, il arrive parfois que le séchoir se désarticule car les tiges de métal sortent de leurs encoches. Je recommande toutefois le produit. Je m'en achèterai un second très prochainement.
