What a fabulous book. I usually have to force my daughter to read!!! But she absolutely loves slime and has finally found a book she loves to read due to the fact as a result she can make slime which she is completely obsessed with. Very easy to follow recipes and all the slime we have made has been great quality and the best thing is it lasts!! we have very rarely discarded what we have made. This is great for party bag fillers for older children. Highly recommended

A great book for any child who loves making slime!!There are so many videos on YouTube that my daughter watches about making slime and she is always asking to mix loads of things to make slime which never work so it was really good to get actual recipes.The book also includes an edible slime recipe which my daughter was very excited about! We are yet to try it but looks yummy as made from sweets.

This book looks fab, really nice and simple. Haven’t tried making anything yet as it’s a Christmas gift for my daughter but the recipes are clear and it’s very colourful. It also shows pictures with each recipient of the slime you are making. My daughter will love this, my carpets not so much 😂

Intepreting the American ingredients to British is the key to successful slime. The book is NOT clear as to what type of contact lens solution you need. You actually need the borax containing type, not the saline storage solution - or just add borax (which is never mentioned in the book and took a lot of internet searching to work out). Borax is the chemical that actually makes the PVA glue molecules react and stick together (and we're not massively sure that the levels of ingredients matter once you have the correct contact lens solution). We made the mistake of using the saline contact lens solution and it never sets no matter how much stirring you do.We're off to buy the more expensive contact lens solution and will have another try this afternoon.The YouTube videos are rubbish as the author just follows the recipes (if she was the one that came up with the recipes then I'll eat that slime) and it seems to be very hit and miss and doesn't really explain about the ingredients very well. Watch out - the language on the videos can get quite close to swearing if you're watching with your kids. Not quite, but a lot of American slang.

This book is great for children to use with adult help. My 9 year old granddaughter is crazy about slime just now. I have bought this book as a stocking filler for her.

Lovely colorful book with lots of recipes for all kinds on different slime. Tthe recipes are easy to follow and written with children in mind. My 10 year old loves it and I now have a house full of slime just make keep it off the carpet!!

My daughter loves making slime! This book gives some creative ways to change her traditional recipe. Take a look at the ingredients needed for each recipe. There are some unusual ingredients that you might not have around your house. We gave this to a friend as a gift because we liked it so much and we included all the ingredients needed to make the slime in the book.

A book about slime, I told my daughter she already knows everything there is to know about slime, but she really wanted this book. I think this book justified that she already knew everything there was to know. She loved being about to copy some of the recipe's again, some products we can't get in Canada but a short drive to the USA made it work!
