Dear customer, Thanks for your question, yes, our permanent vinyl is not like heat transfer paper, It has adhesive like a sticker, it can only be pasted on smooth clean and dry surfaces, such as cups. Cannot be used for clothing. But our vinyl products are not printable vinyls and cannot be used with Inkjet Printers. Best wishes
