It's actually closer to 2+umf. The 30 refers the mgo, and anything under 83mgo is less than 5umf.

No anti-bacterial strength! It's a big scam this. Google it. Proper Manuka honey has to say UMF on it to be proper lab-tested for its medicinal benefits. Nelsons and other companies getting into trouble for selling misleading products like this. They stick a number like "30+" on it but they don't say "UMF" which means it's just a meaningless number!! They're all making a killing over this. Look at it, you'd never ever buy proper 30+ UMF manuka honey for a tenner. It's ridiculously cheap, and that's cause it's not the real thing! it is very nice honey, however i feel it is much to cheap to be 20+ or what ever it states it is manuka honey, i would think 5+ at best

Pues no hablaré de los beneficios de esta miel porque acabo de empezar a usarla y es muy pronto para saber si es efectiva, pero creo que sí, que los beneficios de los que se dice que tiene esta miel son ciertos. Lo que sí comentaré es el sabor tan bueno y tan puro y tan especial que tiene. Dan deseos de comerla sin parar. Es muy pero que muy buena, sólo por probar el sabor vale la pena compararla aunque sea por una vez. Es cierto que esta miel es bastante más cara que las demás, pero la calidad la vale.

Compro spessissimo questo prodotto, precedentemente la logistica della consegna era affidata direttamente da Amazon. invece in questa versione è stata gestita direttamente dal venditore. anche se la trasparenza sulla consegna è meno presente (non si riesce a tracciare il pacco con l'app di Amazon) ho contattato il venditore direttamente che professionalmente ha risposto e che ha seguito la consegna. Questa nuova modalità ha permesso di abbassare il prezzo: solitamente ne compravo 2 da 250 g, adesso, praticamente allo stesso prezzo ne ho comprato 2 da 500 g e con le stesse garanzie! ottimo, quindi....

Había leído que la miel de Manuka era buena para combatir el Helycobacter Pylori. Me he comprado dos envases. Ha llegado muy rápido y en perfectas condiciones. Tiene un sabor muy bueno. Tendré que esperar para ver los resultados.
