What is the type (size) of the hexagonal bolt? Is it M10 or what is it if not? The one included is not long enough.

The same size as the shorter one. It just needs to be longer so that the plate fits on top of the frame and the stand below. The bolt goes in the same thread in the stand.

Does it fit all bikes

It fits bikes with a kickstand mounting plate, either by screwing into it (if it is drilled) or by clamping onto it. Most hybrids or city bikes would have one or the other. Not Road bikes!

What’s the long bolt type... I need a longer one

It’s the same thread as the shorter one just longer. The exact length needed will depend on the thickness of the frame where you are mounting the stand. I can’t remember exactly from my bike as I don’t have the stand any more.

My mtb has disc brakes. will this still fit without hitting/rubbing against the rear disc? anyone tried?

I have disc brakes on my MTB and I have no issues
