Buy this if you want to bbq.. or flavour you're pork or chicken or beef to perfection .. it also works really good for baking.. I've ever sprinkled it on my sweet potatoes.. the flavour is outstanding.. and it's really more-ish .. can't recommend enough.. you get so much for you're money it's amazing

I caught sight of our local butcher using this red tub to flavour some spare ribs, I was so excited to find it on Amazon. I haven't tried it on chicken as yet but it transformed some rather plain pork belly strips into the most adorable spare ribs (but without the bones). I have been marinading in the fridge over-night in some foil-backed polythene BBQ bags, and then freezing them. When needed, it's then just a case of defrosting them and placing the bags straight onto the BBQ for grilling. Highly recommended for that Chinese takeaway spare rib and roast pork flavour. The tub is much larger than expected, so it should last for ages.
