Product was fine to the end whilst kept in original packing. Avoid any dampness! **Q: Is this glaze a powder and if so how do you use it?** A: Yes it is a powder you sprinkle over your food and leave to marinade for at least an hour. I haven't tried it on chicken as yet but it transformed some rather plain pork belly strips into the most adorable spare ribs (but without the bones). I have been marinading in the fridge over-night in some foil-backed polythene BBQ bags, and then freezing them. When needed, it's then just a case of defrosting them and placing the bags straight onto the BBQ for grilling. Highly recommended for that Chinese takeaway spare rib and roast pork flavour.
