Q: Is this back pack big enough to get your helmet inside

There is an external net that my helmet which is not full face was carried externally no problem. The bag is small so depends on size type helmet. I carried a packed lunch spare gloves water carrier map etc. Helmet was worn .

No, at least not when I bought it (august 2017).

I gave it as a present so don't know its weight, but it's not heavy at all.

Q: Is this backpack any good for running?

Might be a bit bulky for running, has quite a big capacity if that’s what your looking for but the straps are really adjustable. Easily take a 5 litre bladder and can fit plenty more in.
