These scales are not only very nice to look at, they are super, the surface is so easy to wipe clean, they are amazingly accurate and the readout display is very very clear to read. Great scales very slim, so easy storage. Can be used in lbs stones and kilograms. Very accurate. Have stepped on and off on various surfaces and always get the same reading. They also come with 4 little clip on feet which you use if weighing yourself on carpet. They come with the battery and are ready to use. They little button on the underside allows you to change the readings for stones, kilos etc.. All in all very pleased with them and feel they are very good value for money. I would highly recommend.

Easy to set up, all you do is weigh yourself and tell it your age, and it remembers you and tracks your readings. It gives body fat, water, bone and muscle percentage plus bmi, bmr and weight. It cycles through the readings twice to give you plenty of time to see them all and write them down. At first they were reliable, giving accurate readings, and for a few weeks I was very happy with them. But when I'd been using them for about five weeks, they started going beserk. I stood on them one morning and they said I was 4st 2lb, which I'm not (!), so I checked the battery, wiped the scales, even wiped my feet in case a bit of dog hair had got stuck there and affected the contact with the electrode panels on the scales. I got back on the scales, only a minute later, and it said 21st 8lb. After that I tried the scales a few more times, every time getting wildly different readings. I have not misused the scales and have followed the manual always, so it does look like they become unreliable after a short time. Thankfully amazon let me return them, so with my money back I bought better scales. I would recommend against buying these.

Weight in kilos or pounds. Nice and slim with a very good clear reading. Apart from telling you your weight, it also calculates your BMI, your fat content, etc. However, after 7 months it stared to display strange messages such as POP1. I thought it might be batteries, so I changed them but it is still doing the same. I contacted the Empo Customer Service who apologised and told me that my purchase is guaranteed under the EMPO Lifetime Warranty, what this means is I am eligible for a replacement product should any issues arise. So, More impressive, is the customer service offered by Empo - absolutely first class.

At first I thought these were great. Then after 2 months of using daily, during a new fitness regime, I noticed the readings were changing. The thing spits out so much info you don't tend to hang around but I took a couple of additional readings straight after each other and found weight changing by up to 1.2 kilo. I guess it's not hugely important, if you take just the first reading and be done with it for the day, but you'd like to think it was providing accurate info.

Really disappointed with these scales. Initially they performed well and looked very smart in my bathroom. However, they stared to display random weights when no-one was stood on them and when someone did try to use them, it just displayed an error message. So after a good start, we are pretty disappointed. On looking at other reviews customers with faulty units should contact [email protected]. However, I found this email address simply bounced back. Now left with a faulty unit wondering how the 'Lifetime Guarantee' comes into effect. UPDATE: Empo have asked me to update this review to indicate that the original faulty unit has now been replaced with question or delay. I have therefore given the product another star to reflect their good service. I sincerely hope this set will last much longer and will update this review again in a few months. FURTHER UPDATE: Sept 2020. After my first set of scales became faulty within four months, I was sent a replacement unit. This lasted around 18 months before it to completely failed. There is no life in it at all and I would expect scales to last longer than that. No long Jevity at all. Very Stylish Very accurate Very high quality - well put together and has that premium feel This is an excellent weight scale, it is extremely accurate and responsive as soon as you step on. It works great on any flat surface as the four corner supports are flexible not fixed, giving you accurate readings even the floor is not perfectly flat. The LED display is very clear, and a nice change from your typical black figures on white backlight. The rest of the features work great too like BMI checker and body fat... this is a great addition to anyone serious about fitness and controlling their weight.

Needed new scales as my old ones had packed up just before Christmas. These looked similar so thought they would be perfect, wrong. Thank goodness there are only 2 of us living in the house now that use scales as I think I’d still be trying to get these things set up. My god was it a pain in the butt to do. Very fiddly, I wanted my own details set as person 1 but was totally unable to achieve this, it kept setting the wrong gender, age etc & no way to delete? I’ve finally had to settle with person 3. I thought at one point I might even run out of options all together. ! The instructions are far from clear. Having finally got all our details input we now have it working ok however when standing upright watching it go through the process of telling us the different readings it does so so fast we don’t have time & can’t see (symbols small) to work out what each one applies to BMI, water, bone etc... so basically we are left with just really reading our weights. Might as well have just got a standard scale for that.

Nachdem mein altes Hündchen eindeutig seinen Dienst eingestellt hat, musste ich mir, da ich gerade langsam abnehme, eine neue Waage zulegen. Vor dem Hintergrund der schieren Masse an Waagen bei Amazon fast erschlagen, habe ich mich dann für diese Waage entschieden, und zwar aus folgenden Gründen: Optisch ist die Waage sehr schön und wertet selbst mein 08/15-Badezimmer auf. Mir gefällt das Verhältnis zwischen Glasplatte und Metallteilen an der Seite, unter denen sich die Sensoren für die Messung verstecken. Das Display ist schön groß, die Zahlen sind auch im Dunkeln gut zu erkennen, da das Display beleuchtet ist. Die Waage hat etliche zusätzliche Funktionen wie Körperfett- u. Muskelmessung, Kalorienberechnung etc. Außerdem können bis zu 10 Personen ihre Daten hinterlegen und alles speichern. Wichtig war mir auch, dass die Waage auch ein höheres Gewicht aushält und nicht bei 120 kg den Geist aufgibt. Die Waage hat ein gehärtete Glasplatte und hält bis 180 kg aus. Erwähnen möchte ich hier noch den excellenten Kundenservice, vor allem, da EMPO ja auch eine lebenslange Zufriedenheitsgarantie abgibt. Ich habe meine Waage am 21.12.2017 gekauft, in der ersten Januar-Woche ist die Gewichtsanzeige einfach mitten im Wiegen eingefroren und nix ging mehr. Elektronik hat sich wohl verabschiedet. EMPO nimmt die Kundenzufriedenheit wirklich ernst, wie ich selbst feststellen konnte. Auf eine Mail mit Fehlerbeschreibung wurde ich einen 1 Tag später gebeten, meine Lieferadresse noch einmal kurz zu bestätigen. Am Folgetag wurde eine brandneue Waage an mich rausgeschickt. Vier Tage nach Reklamation hatte ich mein neues Schätzchen in der Hand und bin seither sehr zufrieden. Die Waage misst genau meine Daten, alles ist stimmig, wie ich auch bei einer Messung auf einer anderen Waage feststellen konnte. Vor dem genannten Hintergrund bin ich mehr als zufrieden mit meiner Waage und kann daher nur eine absolute Kaufempfehlung aussprechen.

Premetto che questa è la seconda bilancia che compro in due mesi,quella acquistata precedentemente non mi ha soddisfatto e l'ho regalata a mio padre.L'oggetto in questione mi è stato consigliato da un amico che lo possiede gia'.Essendo un patito di palestra e di dieta sto sempre attento all'alimentazione e al peso e con questa bilancia sono sicuro di aver fatto centro.È molto bella esteticamente e si abbina benissimo al mobilio del mio bagno.Chiudo la recensione consigliando l'acquisto sia per il fattore propriamente estetico e poi per la precisione nel calcolare le varie percentuali di muscoli,grasso e liquidi.Nb:ottimo per le famiglie numerose per la facilita'nel memorizzare i profili di ognuno.

El embalaje del producto era muy bueno, protegiendo de forma segura las zonas delicadas. Los plazos de entrega fueron buenos. Me gusta mucho el deporte y hacer un seguimiento bastante exhaustivo de los incrementos o reducciones de peso. Así como saber el aumento o disminución de la masa muscular y grasa general. Por eso me decidí a comprarme esta bascula. Para poder tener este seguimiento registrado de forma periódica. A parte el diseño de la báscula es muy elegante quedando muy bien en cualquier baño de la casa. El funcionamiento es sencillo y su pesada es muy exacta. Le voy a dar cinco estrellas a este producto porque creo que es una herramienta muy útil y con un precio muy asequible.

Obwohl nicht teuer sind die Messungen beständig und stimmen auch im Vergleich mit der teureren Waage, die ich im Fitnessstudio mit nutze überein. Deshalb gibt es für mich keine Beanstandung des Produktes. Es ist genug Speicherplatz für mehrere Nutzer. Die Waage zeigt zweimal hintereinander die Messergebnisse an, damit die Werte gut regestriert werden können. Auch nach mehrmaligen hintereinander wiegen, mit gleichen ausgangsbedingungen schwankt der Wert nur leicht um +/- 0,1 kg oder %. Wichtig ist aber zu beachten die Füße genau auf die Kontaktstellen zu positionieren, still zu stehen und die Waage immer an der selben Stelle zu halten. Dann gibt es auch keine großen Schwankungen, die so oft bemängelt werden.

La bilancia in effetti la trovo molto stabile, non è ballerina nellapesata e non mi obbliga a scendere e salire 2/3 volte prima di darmi un peso univoco. Tutto il resto non lo guardo nemmeno, percentuali di grasso e cose varie...Inutili e assolutamente inattendibili, si tratta solo di semplicissimi calcoli matematici. Bella esteticamente e soprattutto display molto ben visibile, specie al mattino, quando non capisco nememno in che pianeta mi trovo...
