KirklandOmega 3 Fish Oil 1000 mg 400 Softgels

This capsules are good value for money. Looked up reviews on manufacturer prior to purchasing, this product was one of the best. Easy to swallow with no after taste whatsoever.

Firstly, I only bought this product from an Amazon seller as I was in a rush. I have a Costco card and these are a lot cheaper at Costco. Second these advertise 1000mg of fish oil, which is true but they contain 300mg of Omega 3 oil. Its the Omega 3 that I wanted, so felt a bit annoyed to find it lower than the front label suggested.I am taking this product to help with Blood Pressure and Eye Pressure. I take 3 per day and am trying to take more. These are quite large tablets and take some swallowing. There has been no after taste and no repeating of fish after taking them. The oil comes from re-newable/sustainable source and because this is a Costco own label I trust it. If you buy this from Costco, they have a 100% guarantee on them and can be returned at anytime, even if partially used.So far my BP is down and my eyes are far more moist (take other supplements for the eyes as well. I know this product is also helping my heart and increasing my resistance to viruses. Overall I am very happy with this product and I Highly Recommend it to anyone who wants to take good quality Fish Oils.

Sure you could spend more to get a different make with higher levels of omega 3, but this has 400 capsules! You could take 3 a day and still come out ahead of the more expensive brands.The one complaint I do have is that some of the tablets had little spots of fish oil on them - presumably from being jostled during transport. It makes the tub a bit wiffy when you take the lid off, but luckily isn't enough to make the capsules taste of fish.Also, 400 tablets is really a lot - I didn't appreciate how big the tub would be until it arrived. It ain't small.

I suffer from depression and I read some articles talking about tests into the links between depression and certain reactions in the immune system. Not proven yet, obviously, but there seems to be a correlation and omega 3 has been shown to decrease the reactions in question and so there's a theory it might help with depression. So I figured what the heck, give it a try. I take this once a day, although I might go up to two in the near future, and it has had a marked effect on my tiredness. I feel more alert and more awake. I'm no doctor and for all I know this is just placebo effect, but whether it is or not I feel better, so I'd certainly recommend it. (Obviously I'm not saying take it instead of regular meds and you should always check with your doctor before taking anything if you are on medication, just to be sure)Do be warned the bottle is ginormous (I think my first flat was smaller than the box it came in) and the capsules are very large, but I have found them easy to swallow and I'm not great with pills.

The title says it all... Very good product, price and quantity!!! And it really smells like fish :) Really... I was lucky to find this Kirkland product for this great price and it will last 200 days, since I use 2 softgels a day. I hope that when it's over, this one stills available.

Good product. Feel like it has improved my skin. And good for overall health. Large capsules but easy to swallow. You get lots in the container.No bad after taste. Good value product.
