Apparently President Trump is demanding our kitchen declares a ceasefire and we must agree to stop creating weapons of ass destruction. Soak in warm water for an hour and prepare using latex gloves. Chop very finely and don't be a hero. Add them slowly and allow them to flavour the sauce before adding more. Too much will ruin the food with far too much heat. Enjoy the meal and the recovery time as perspiration streams from your forehead, neck and even the ears. Delicious!

**Q: How are they dried, is any chemicals used to dry them ?**
A: I should very much doubt it: they look very shrivelled and sun dried. Be very careful as they are exceedingly hot!

**Q: Hi, as we know the carolina reaper can reach up to 2.2m in the scoville scale with average 1.5m. how about the dried pods? are they any close to that?**
A: Hello, all I can give is my opinion on the heat. When I used this half a reaper in a recent curry, it made me actually break in to a sweat and my girlfriend couldn't actually finish her curry for her mouth & throat was on fire. I do chop mine quite fine so I suppose if you leave if whole and let it diffuse in the curry you may find its a little cooler. Sorry but that's all I can say on heat

**Q: What is the shelve life.? Use by date,1 ,2 years or ????**
A: We would expect dry chillies to be good for minimum of 1 year as long as they are stored in an airtight container

I got good clean pods. But was hoping to have some live seeds. So if you want seeds go elsewhere Disappointed with the fragrance. Perhaps non dried pods will be better. Good seller:- quick to respond
