No it doesn't, you can blow it but I have an electric pump to inflate faster.

Does this have lights?

No Brenda. It has no lights and arrives flat. you have to inflate it. Great for storage though as can be put away when not in use or taken with you when going out to visit etc.

How would you pump this up , with a normal ballon pump or something like that

Something like a blow up bed pump, one that has like a valve on it. I blew it up by mouth as I didn't have a pump, took me a good few hours with breaks in between.

Where can I buy a replacement inflatable ring as ours has a puncture!

i got a puncture in mine. I just blew it up as much as i can and stuck a plaster on it and it seems to have last.
