While some of us in my household take care of our laptops, storing it reverently on a stand on a side table, others are less caring and the state of my wife's laptop screen, keyboard and case had been bugging me for quite a while. So when I ordered something else recently I took the opportunity to order these wipes as well as an "add-on" (quite why they are an add-on I have no idea. I assumed to save delivery costs on low cost items, but the wipes arrived separately so that makes no sense). Anyway - the product itself is a terrific bargain. 100 damp, but quite strong, paper-based wipes on a roll in a dispenser from which you pull them one at a time. The wipes are pre-soaked in some chemicals with unfeasibly long names, but basically they evaporate quickly. Apparently there is an allergy risk, which is stated on the container, but not on the Amazon product page entry, which is a pity, so I mention it here just in case you suffer from sensitive skin. To be honest its probably just the company covering itself as I do have a colleague at work who does have sensitive skin but does similar wipes without a problem (or glove). Anyway - worth a mention. The wipes work very well. They do dry quickly - because the chemical evaporates quickly - so you probably have about a minute's use from each wipe, but that is more than enough for a quick routine clean of a laptop (and big TV will probably need a couple). And because it dries so quickly there are no smears left behind on screens. In my wife's laptop's case it took about four wipes to get it back to near an acceptable condition, but it was an extreme example, and it is now all pretty and sweet-smelling again. On the subject of which there wipes do have a smell that I would describe as unusual, rather than unpleasant. However, this does not hang around long and you hands do not retain any smell. The container is resealable to an extent but is far from airtight and I think it is inevitable that the wipes will dry out over time. There is no indication how long they will stay damp once the container has been opened - my guess is a few weeks, but I'll update this later. Even so - £1.50 for 100 wipes is pretty impressive value.

Would I recommend them? As a budget option, yes—but don’t expect perfect results!

I was skeptical of using these on my monitor as, well... my monitor is NOT cheap. When I opened up the tub to "pull" a tissue out, it ripped instantly. I tried another tissue, again, ripped almost instantly. I had to be REAL gentle to get a tissue out. Once I finally got a tissue out, it felt... not damp, not overly moist - Just right, if you get me. I wiped my monitor from right to left to begin with and it was really good at cleaning all the little spit marks, water marks and such off my monitor. It was really easy to use and personally, this has been the most effective tissue I have used to date to clean my monitors.

Wipes are very dry and don't clean well enough. You need to use at least three or four of them to clean a monitor. I don't recommend it.

Excelente producto que cumple su función limpiadora perfectamente. Es una ventaja que vengan un montón de toallas limpiadoras en un envase cómodo de abrir y muy económico. Ya lo he comprado anteriormente y seguiré haciéndolo ya que dan un resultado óptimo, son fáciles de extraer y se mantienen húmedas hasta el final.

J'ai l'habitude t'acheter des lingettes de ce genre, j'ai toujours été un peu déçu de leurs efficacités au bout d'un moment. Celles ci sont cependant efficace même un long moment après l'achat !
