Best diapers I have found. I chose size 2 for an elderly male who wears size large pajama pants for reference. Only leak overnight if I forget to limit his liquid intake after 7pm. They are pricey but better quality than cheaper options...willing to spend a little more to lighten my work load and laundry load.

This is the best and the only overnight incontinence brief we will ever purchase again. It works beautifully for my husband who has a big urinary incontinence at night.
