These are so much cheaper here on amazon. Found last time I took them my nails and hair grew loads within three months I was satisfied that they were working. Do have to keep taking them but we'll worth the money

I purchased these supplements because for the past five years or so my once thick, curly hair has become very fine and lacklustre. As a 47 year old "girl" who takes a great deal of pride in my appearance, my difficult to manage hair is the bane of my life and I needed something to give it a boost. I've been taking these since 17th December 2017 fairly religiously (have forgotten a couple of times) and I do think it has made a difference to my hair. It appears slightly thicker and I'd like to think it's making it grow a tad faster - my hair grows sooooo slowly, drives me mad. I did not expect these supplements to make any difference to anything else BUT my skin is so much better, ie less blemishes and better overall skin texture. My Mediterranean skin has always been a bit dodgy with the odd spot here and there but since taking these supplements I have been pleasantly surprised at the difference. I have been drinking a lot more water though so that may have something to do with it. I will definitely continue to take these. I just need to check they are safe for me to take with the prescribed medication I take daily.

These vitamin stop my hair fall I buy it again

I have been using these for 2 months. I bought the first lot from Holland and Barrett and paid over £7 more for them and then found them on Amazon and subscribed. My hair has been thinning for years due to medication I have to take. I researched these thoroughly prior to trying and most reviews suggest you won't see an improvement for 3 months, however, I saw a definate change after 2 weeks. My nails are stronger and new hair growth and it's now 2 months and it's only improved. I've had to cut my nails twice. Normally they get to a certain length and then break off, now they just keep growing and I have to shorten them myself. I have just over an inch of new hair growth within my hair, even my eyebrows have improved. In the first month of use I had a breakout of boils on my cheeks, which were painful, I knew it was the perfectil because I'd read a review who had the same symptom. I don't usually get spots on my cheek. It hasn't happened since so I guess it was my body getting used to the intake. These really are working for me. I can't say enough about them. They are large to swallow, but you get used to it. They say to take after food, but I take them every morning and I don't eat breakfast. They haven't given me any stomach problems. Also as a plus, I feel more energetic. I'm a woman of over 50, who has fair curly hair. They are working!

I have previously been taking perfectil max but wanted to change vitamins to concentrate on my hair . Perfectil hair tablets have a horrible taste worse than Perfectil max but I’m hoping I can get past the taste and that they will do some good .

Really help

I have been using these for a bit and have noticed a difference in my hair. I started using them after giving birth and my hair loss began. Now it’s getting stronger and thicker and I think I actually have a little more. Others have also noticed and I have since recommended their use to 3 other people who are giving them a try. They are very large tablets though.

I have used Perfectil before and have always been happy with it. My hair has been in the worst condition and breaks very easily.
