Good but how much bulking agent?
OK, a very good source of zinc but I don't know why they make them so large, how much of it is unnecessary bulking agent? I think they could be half the size and contain the same amount of zinc - unless it is there for digestion/absorption?

Hard to swallow and can get struck in throat.
My main problem with these vitamins is that they are hard to swallow and can get stuck in the throat. I chocked on the first one and had to cough it out. They are not coated and so are dry with sharp edges. Although quite large, I don't usually have a problem with similar sized pills and capsules. I have resorted to chewing them first but the taste isn't very pleasant. I'm surprised this was not flagged during trials.
