So I’m gonna mention the negative first. If you take it on an empty stomach expect around 20 mins later to have a horrible sickness feeling.But now it’s not completely down to the pill but it must have something to do with it because since I’ve started taking it 6 weeks ago I’ve lost over 11kg going from 80.4 to 69.3 my energy levels have hugely increased and I’m feeling considerably less depressed and randomly my night time hot flushes have subsided. Like I said not all the pill but it’s no coincidenceHappy!.

This is the first multivitamin I have ever taken and I was skeptical BUT I’m 6 months into a calorie deficit life style change so I started worrying if I was missing any vitamins and this seemed perfect. They are quite large sized BUT easy enough to take with some water pretty smooth really. No taste. A fantastic value for money for the amount of tablets you get. I have been taking these vitamins for over a month and my skin has cleared up less breakouts, less oily. I suffer from a skin condition called HS and I have not had any flares since starting these so that alone is enough for me to continue. I’m less bloated and my menstrual cycle pain is much more manageable. I have started to notice I have MORE energy especially on the early wake ups. I only notice nausea if I take these vitamins WITHOUT a meal and it lasts for about 5–10minutes otherwise it’s not noticeable. I will update this review in another month on the performance. But as of a month in I would say I’m seeing some benefits.

Bought for my daughter as she was run down, no energy & always tired. I've always worried about her vegetarian diet defo not 5 a day so I bought this. 5 weeks later she told me today that shes really noticing a big difference more energy, a lot more zip, concentration is better and she looks better as well... Really like these. 4th bottle.Nice taste and really helping with boosting my nutritiants. I'm not very good at taking tablets but I take these every night without fail. They are waiting for me on my bedside table.

Horrific !I wish I had of read more reviews before purchasing ! The taste is awful regardless of empty stomach or full. I was physically sick within minutes of taking the gummies, and cannot get rid of the taste !All the gummies were also stuck (sorted melted into one) together inside the bottle.Returns not accepted so entire pot binned. Please don’t waste your money.
