However, there are reasons when our bodies do need extra help. I correctly had my GP test my levels and found out what exactly I was short off. Two reasons contribute to my problem .... Three years of serious dieting and subsequently my daily calorie allowance to maintain my weight in Normal Range is only 875 calories (I am under 5' tall). Three months on this supplement saw my blood test results back into acceptable range. Could I tell the difference? Heck YES! My energy levels are so much better.
