A: In answer to the poster called Eye, this question, which was obviously not intended to offend, made me giggle. Many disabled people, like myself, find that having a sense of humour helps us cope with our daily struggles. You should try it yourself sometime, it really helps. You sound very bitter and I feel sorry for you.

A: more likely a problem with the locks than the key if it is opening most but not all.

**Q: Do they work in Sheffield?**
A: I purchased this for my wife who suffers IBD and they work all over the UK.

**Q: How big is this? I have the normal massive one but wanted one that's a bit smaller**
