GHB Agility Ladder Speed Ladder 6M 12-Rung for Kids Adults Football Speed Training

Purchased for football training. Not actually used much but good when we have done so.

I've had these for a couple of years, I bought two sets; and both sets are still as good as new. Each comes in its own bag, and they have clips at each end so you can clip sets end to end and make them longer. Ive used them for several things - I've used them for cadets for circuit training and assault courses, and I've used them in more gentle settings such as my tai chi classes to help people visualise stepping techniques. The bonus here is that the rungs are adjustable and can be close together or far apart, or even just random sizes. The plastic rungs slide easily along each fabric strip, but not so easily that they move during use. The fabric is heavy duty and deals well with the movement of the rungs. For me, the only thing is that the ladders as a whole are SO lightweight that they dont stay in place well either on hard floors or outside- again it depends on their use/ what you need them for. Having said that, I love them and they are regularly used, in and out of work / cadets. I have found them to be excellent value for money and would consider purchasing more sets if I needed another extension to my current ones.

Portable, easy to set up ladder. Good quality peice of kit for an amazing price. Perfect for me being a home personal trainer. Its easy to think of ways to use ladders and smash out a great workout.

Perfect for my sons football training

I guess you get what you pay for. Agility ladder training, when done correctly, is superb for improving foot speed, change of direction and strengthening the ligaments for sport. This ladder will serve you well in that regard how ever it is very cheaply made and I don't imagine that it will last very long under sustained use, it will get trod and jumped upon many times. I certainly wouldn't use it in a team environment or if lots of people will be using (if say you're a PT) it but it'll be fine for personal use. I do however wish that I'd spent a little bit more and gotten a better quality product.

Great item

This activity ladder has really helped in my rehab following a fractured ankle. It’s easy to unpack and lay out. The tricky part is packing it away as it can easily get tangled if you’re not careful. I would recommend this ladder.

娘の やる気次第ですが、それなりに 使用しやすかった様です。

一年間ほど使用しました。主に週に2度ほど子供の自主練に使っておりましたが故障などなく現在もつかえております。

子供用に購入いたしました。 軽くてコンパクトなんですが使用時にバックルの爪が割れてしまいました。 バックル部分の強度を強くするか他の方ほで止めれるようにして頂けたらありがたいです。 その他は特に大丈夫そうです。

保証書兼説明書が折れ曲がっており、印字が途切れていました。 商品の使用には関係ないですが、いい気持ちはしなかったのでこの評価です。 ※2022.3.23追記 Amazonから丁寧な対応を頂きました。 保証書の件は残念でしたが、その後のフォローなど含め、気持ちの面で購入に納得できました。 保証書の件を含め下記の通り評価を変更しました。 ☆1→☆4へ変更

息子の剣道の自宅トレーニング用に購入。 早く足を動かすことを中心に使用。特に変わった足使いはしていませんが特に不自由はありません。 ラダー全体に言えることですがいったん収納して次に使用するときに絡まらない物が出ればいいのになあと思います。
